I hired Hirut to be my Florist for my wedding on 7/2/2022. She was phenomenal! I would give her 100 stars if I could. I showed her a picture of how I would like my Sweetheart Table and also a picture of the colors of my flowers. She somehow managed to make it look even better then the examples I showed her. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were, from my bouquets and to the Arch we were married under to the flowers surrounding and on the Sweetheart table. They were all so beautiful! Thank you, Hirut! You are amazing.

I went through a site called Flowers from You and they sent my order to Riverside Kello Floral/Crystal Rose-Bo. My siblings and I ordered a wreath for a funeral and what they had sent was a huge disappointment. I ordered the premium wreath and what the recipient received was nowhere near what the photo looked like. I understand that what you get is not always going to look like the photos, but this one like I mentioned was nowhere near what the photo had showed. The wreath we ordered standing next to all the other ones sent by other families was a joke. The wreath was not full at all like the photo, it was so small and bare. It was noted in the description on the site that deluxe and premium wreaths would include roses, ours did not have roses what so ever. Had I ordered the regular wreath, I would not have minded, but this was supposed to be a premium wreath and we had paid more and to receive something that was nowhere similar to the photo is very disappointing. This was sent to a family who we all cared about deeply and was so sadden by their sudden loss. I did contact Flowers from You customer service and they gave me a 30% inconvenience refund but that will not ease the disappointment Riverside Kello Floral have caused my siblings and I. I will make sure that in the future, if flowers are needed again, our order will not be sent to Riverside Kello Floral.
Ordered an arrangement through National company called my flowers ! "Riverside Kello floral,LLC/Rose-bo" fell far short of supplying the same Arrangement as seen in picture on left picture ! on right was what was received ! Flowers were 1/2 size of obviously larger blooms, pink ribbon haphazardly attatched and filler white flowers sparsly added ! The original picture shows a full arrangement ! This fall's far short from adequate arrangement ! The original delivery was with $4.99 delivery by next day by noon Sunday didnt arrive untill after 3:30pm Monday ! Called 800 national company -put on hold over 10 minute's as they "tracked order" they then informed me delivery was made in A.M. to resident address apt # I went to delivery address to see recipient stopped in apartment office at 4:00p.m. they informed me delivery had just arrived no more than 10 minutes earlier ! I am seeking full refund due to dissatisfaction ! I see other poor reviews from this company I wonder if they will make good on my dissatisfaction ? Again look at side by side comparison you be the judge Strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs !

Hirut and her staff did my flowers for my wedding they did an amazing job! The flowers are always so fresh they last for weeks my bouquet still looks beautiful from last Saturday. I told Hirut what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations! The flowers were so lovely I received so many compliments on my bouquet and all the other flowers! The staff is very polite, friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend using their services!
Only giving 1 star, but wish I could give no stars. Extremely disappointed with the service. As a fellow flower shop, they completely disappointed me as a customer. I wired an order late in the day, and realized that I forgot to change the date to the following day. I then called the shop to let them know that delivery would be okay for the next day. Not only did it not arrive until 5 to 5 p.m. the next day, but it looked like the flowers were picked from the garden and shoved in the vase. As a fellow shop, knowing how crazy it has been for us. I sent the order as "Designer Choice". This typically means the freshest flowers and a custom designed piece. A little more heart and soul is put into the arrangement versus trying to replicate an order from Teleflora. As an employee at the flower shop, the owner of the shop I work at,, refunded me a portion and sent a request through the wire to ask for some reneumeration. Absolutely NO RESPONSE FROM THIS SHOP. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I understand that we all have good and bad days. This was a bad day for this shop but instead of fixing the problem and trying to satisfy the customer--there was a total disregard. Totally disappointing, especially when they were given latitude to design a custom piece, because certain flowers, fillers, etc have been more challenging to get, during this time of Coronavirus. Being from the area originally, I wanted to shop local, but i will shop else where going forward.
