I went about a week and a half ago. I called the day before and they fit me right in. I barely had time to read one page of a magazine in the waiting room before I was called in. Then did a mole scan, removed the suspicious mole I was concerned about and even found another that I didn't know I had. They were all very nice - from the front office staff, to the nurses and PA. I was very happy with my visit and was in and out of there in 45 mins. I would recommend this office to anyone.

SO unprofessional! Called to reschedule my daughter's first appt with this office as she has a suspicious mole and they told me they can't see her until August! I said that is ridiculous and the girl put me on hold and then before I knew it, I was being transferred to a voicemail! You just lost 3 patients now! This is NOT how Darlene used to run this office! Plenty of other practices in the area that we will transfer easily to!

Darlene is the best. She is so thorough and caring and takes as much time as needed to address the patient's concerns. Everyone I work with goes to Darlene also, and we all talk about how amazing she is. I highly recommend this practice.

I think you guys need to train your people better. I only had a quick question about making payments and she transferred me to voicemail. I'm not going to wait for a call back to find out if you do payment plans.

Strange experience with the receptionist, she said she could give me an appointment for November to which I replied let me try other Dermatologists and if I do not find anything earlier than this, I will call her back, while I was in the middle of what I was saying she said yeah try others and hung up on me, what's wrong with this world?

Your site is so out of date. The practice was sold to Integrated Dermatology. the primary physiciah is Meagan McCusket. The jury is still out as far as I am concerned.

I was with Darlene for years. So sad she Is no longer working at this office. I miss her ..

Attempted to make an appt and Ashley was extremely rude and when confronted about this puts me on hold......Stay away from this office!!!!!!!
