Absolutely fantastic company! Always great customer service, delivery direct to your door is an amazing service as well. Any time I order frozen rats they are extremely clean and look very well taken care of. Rats with white fur are not stained yellow like I have seen with other companies which to me shows how clean they keep their rodents. Insects are always very good quality and containers never have many, if any, dead when purchasing at expos. All in all completely a 5 star company.
I have been appalled by ctcs lack of customer service. My roommate and I ordered 250 superworms and paid to have them shipped to us, we received a package of 25 that were dead.. when we called to say this was unacceptable they told us there is no guarantee they will be live and they do not replace them if they aren't. We then said okay that's messed up but fine, we still ordered 250 and paid for 250 to get 25 let alone the 40$ shipping so we expected to have more, they resent them to us in newspaper which the worms had chewed and gotten out. We then had to dig super worms out of our couch for an hour. But at least these ones were alive right!? Like jeez idk if our complaint that you couldn't count caused you to send them in newspaper but it was NOT okay. We got the excuse that any quantity grater then 100 doesnt get put in a plastic deli tub, weird... everywhere else does. They asked we order two separate orders of 100 if that's what we wanted... money grabbers? The customer service is horrible and honestly for the price I expected better. I definitely will be moving my business to critters and crawlers as they do have a live guarantee and will replace any shipments that go wrong and ALWAYS package in deli cups. For people worried or wanting to feed their reptiles abroad I do NOT recommend this company. This experience has been an absolute joke and all reptile enthusiasts in powell river I'll know about this as we are a tight knit community. Thanks though.

First time ordering frozen mice and superworms. Excellent service and quality…And they arrived early!! Very happy with this purchase, will be ordering again!!
I've ordered frozen mice & rats. Great customer service, communication was top notch. They have been fast to respond and very accommodating. Shipments have been sent fast and packed better than a lot of electronics I have received online. No minimum order, which some other companies require. I have consistently had a great experience and would recommend CTC.
Good quality of feeders. The online shopping is easy. And the deliveries are efficient.
Best place to get frozen rats, crickets, and super worms on the island. I have a ball python and a gecko and they have really helped with feeding days. The staff is super nice and really willing to go the extra mile.
This place was totally amazing things that they produce that are able to help our bigger Critters is just fantastic they really are the experts I can hardly wait for the reptile show in Vancouver in Abbotsford 21st 22nd 23rd. We are really really lucky and blessed to have these guys!!

Great service and communication, and deliver right to my door! They have been able to help me get food for my snake and a new pet rat during the pandemic, without any fuss.
