Dr. Compton and her staff are kind, caring, friendly, super capable, and most of all they treat me like a person, not just a patient. I have never had to wait more than about 5 minutes for my appointment, and the same for the doctor to come into the room after the initial information gathering. 100% recommend.
Best healthcare team!. From reception to Medical Assistants, they are all awesome. Dr Brouham is the best, she trully cares about her patients, she remembers you and the last conversations you have and or about your family. You leave her visits feeling not only better physically but also emotionally, since you feel that she got you covered and she really wants the best for you. If you are not completely well, she does a follow up on you until you are better. She and her team does answer messages in the app
I scheduled an appointment to complete my yearly physicals and towards the end , physician asked if I have any concerns .I requested physician to go through my blood work results as no one reached out to me to review my results .Physician reviewed the blood work results and told me that I am low in Iron and anemic. Physical recommended to take over the counter Iron tablets and asked me to schedule a follow-up in 3 months During my physicals, I expect physician to review the results with me to make me understand if there are concerns . This should be part of physicals but I am shocked why this is considered as "Office or outpatient visit" and charged $236 with insurance
I made a new patient appointment 2 weeks ago for an appointment in September. This was after searching multiple locations for hours trying to find a physician in my insurance network that is accepting new patients. I was told by a UCHealth receptionist that this doctor was taking new clients. Today they cancelled my appointment because the provider “isn’t taking new clients”, even though I already had an appointment scheduled for months out. This place clearly needs to work on communication. I won’t be scheduling here, since they’re already presenting huge red flags and can only imagine how much worse it could get after establishing care.
I absolutely love the care I receive here and it is the best I have ever had. My PCP works my history and issues into my plan of care and treats me with the utmost respect. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Dr. Braugham has been great so far for my wife and myself; however, If you at all think you will be late make sure you call more than 30 minutes ahead of time otherwise you won’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I called at 4:20pm to see if my doctor could see me 10 minutes past my 4:45 appointment. I sat on hold all the way until I was in the parking lot at 4:55. I understand why appointments are created, but have a hard time understanding why the four or five people at the office couldn’t pick up the phone for almost 30 minutes. I live an hour and a half away and cannot make appointments freely. I would happily pay a fee to reschedule if I didn’t have to take time out of work or away from my pregnant wife to be told in the lobby that I can’t be seen after trying for half an hour to get that exact answer via phone.
Dr. Compton is knowledgeable, thorough, and listens to your needs. The front desk staff is friendly and welcomes you by name. I was even seen earlier than my appointment time.
This has been by far the best medical care I have received in my life. I have multiple health issues and to find a doctor that understands and listens has been amazing. I have always been able to get in when I need to and always receive the best of care. Dr Leininger is very understanding and really listens to my concerns and addresses each and every concern I may have. The quick turn around time on test results and medicine being called in the pharmacy is astounding! There have been many times where I have received test results and/or received a notification from my pharmacy that my medication is ready for pick up before I even make it back home from my appointment. I highly recommend CU Family Medicine - Landmark and in particular Dr Leininger!
I recently switched my care to CU Family Medicine and they have been super helpful. The staff is always friendly, my appointments are on time and my new doctor is great! Today I was able to get a med check, blood work and exam all in one visit instead of making me come back 3 times. I can't say enough good things about this office and entire staff.
A wonderful office of down-to-earth and friendly providers! Always clean and prompt. I have seen multiple doctors here and felt cared by every single one. They are doing a wonderful job!
