We celebrated our beloved custodian’s retirement of almost 20 years today. We had a wonderful meal, good service, and a beautiful, spacious room. I would highly recommend this venue for a large party. Thank you all for making his day special!

Miguel is the best! Havana Mojito, papas rellena, and Masitas de Puerco all are amazing! The atmosphere is authentic and I cannot wait to come back for Salsa dancing!

Was charged twice the amount the menu read. When I inquired about it the guy snatches the menu from my hand and says"thats the wrong menu." I got up and walked out. I spent to much to take that kind of service. Something taste funny about their drinks, like sulfur.Food: 1/5

I usually don’t give a one star but they had terrible bad customer service walking in. I walk in to the ATM and it’s not working, I tell them why didn’t you add a sign and manager just tells me to go away pretty much. But refused to add a sign to the atm to show ppl it wasn’t working.

The sound system is terrible. The music at the front of the place isn’t in sync with the back of the place. Gives me a party hall vibe not a nightclub vibe. Paid $18 plus tip for premixed drinks that probably had no actual alcohol. I don’t mind paying that price for a fancy drink if 1 it taste good and 2 you can actually feel the liquor a bit. More than likely my first and last visit.

Nice atmosphere, DJ was nice. But layer in the evening, they seem to play more toward a younger crowd. Make sure you review your bill. They always include an 18% gratuity.

Best cuban restaurant in all Jacksonville area. The food is super delicious andauthentic, and the customer service is the best. I feel at home every time I come here to eat with my family and friends. I recommend this place to everyone. Our server is the best!!! Such a gentleman. Don't lose any more time, and visit Cuba Libre Restaurant with your family and friends. I am sure that they will love the ambience, music, drinks, food, service, and prices.

Expense and Worthless. No security close to the woman”s bathroom. Men in the women's restroom waiting for you to enter to take advantage.. Unprofessional waitress- Asking for minimum consumption per person - before even taking your order.Food: 3/5

This is their Arroz con Pollo. Sooo good. He knew what i was gonna order before i did... their specialty. Then i had their desert... ill be back super friendly service

I like going here I always have fun on Saturday but I feel is more expensive the shots because 4 shots I order before It has been like $ 37 this time was $43 . Also a new bartender he is tall and skinny everything I ask he didn't know what I was asking he even give me the wrong drinks . I ask for orgasmo and he did the wrong one then I ask him for hpnotiq with sprite and he say he don't know about that licor he had his face confused. when I told him for cinnamon for the orgasmo he say no we don't have that here like I was crazy and I told him how you say no if the others bartender the lady with dark skin that speaks Spanish she always make me that drink with cinnamon and she had to tell him it was on the back the cinnamon.She is the best bartender I will always go with her for know on . When I ask for midoris with pineapple he didn't understand either. Bad experience with that over charge. Also that white women bartender she always make the drinks watery I told her last night to make them strong and at least she did it was good she did make them better then when she has served me before. That new guy he need more training because I started with him and the white lady needed to finish serving me he was lost and making the wrong drinks.
