The Elbow is a collection of bars, event spaces, restaurants, art galleries, shops and clubs located in the Urban Core near the intersection of N. Ocean and E. Bay Street, in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville.
With a burgeoning scene thick with music, art, and culture; The Elbow is known by many as the most eclectic area of town. Easily stated The Elbow is an entertainment area located near the intersection of Bay and Ocean St. downtown. This scene happens to be frequented by some of the most creative minds in town who are really shaking things up for the Bold New City.
Our effort aims to show the rest of Jacksonville just how great this area is! There are so many exciting things going on at The Elbow night after night and it seems like the majority of our city's residents aren't even aware of the happenings. With the city of Jacksonville making the biggest push EVER to bring its residents downtown for events we find ourselves on the dawn of something truly refreshing. We believe The Elbow should be your first choice for entertainment in Jax and we plan to show you why!
By focusing on exposing this recently concentrated area, we believe we can bring more people downtown and eventually that movement will spread throughout the rest of the Urban Core.
