Easy access, I love how secure the storage space is and how two different dollies are provided for customers to use. I also got a discount that really helped me out, especially while I'm moving in between places. Thank you CubeSmart! Also, the customer service team is awesome, they answered all my annoying questions and were clear about the setup process.

The GM at the Westphalia location was very thorough and helpful. The cleanliness of the unit as well as the location works for me. The app also allowed me to sign up for automatic payments which is extremely convenient for me.

I had to look up the reviews for this place before I contacted them, and the reviews did not lie. Coming from out of state, I felt safe with this place. The manager called me a few days before I were to arrive to confirm anything, really helpful. I went into the office for a few things, and she was just as polite as she was on the phone. The lot is clean, and finding the cube was easy. 10/10 recommend.

Carol and LaTonya were amazing! I called and spoke to Carol, came in and she was super helpful and pleasant. She took me on a tour to see each unit so I could get a better idea of the space I needed. When I came back I had a few more questions and both ladies not only gave me the answers to all of my questions, but they went above and beyond to give me recommendations. My interactions with these ladies made me want to do business with CubeSmart and spread the word!

I'm so happy! I had been searching for 2 months for a storage facility and I've finally found THE ONE! The management team is first-class. LaTonia is the most professional, customer-oriented, helpful, patient, resourceful, efficient manager I've met in many decades!  What more can I say? Very Great experience with Tracey. I came in shortly before the location was due to close. She had a rather difficult customer before me yet she still maintained her smile while finishing up that customer and assisting me. She was a very personable person. We had light conversation and she was more then helpful getting me into the perfect storage unit for my belongings. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt compelled due to her phenomenal customer service! I’m glad I chose this CubeSmart. Thank you again Tracey!
