Always a wonderful experience when visiting CubeSmart in Lanham, Maryland. Ms Johnnye is a pleasure to deal with. always a clean place. I hate the price increase every year. This place should be 24 hours. I disagreed with the shut off time to go to the storage with the price increase every year
I was renting there and everything was good. But since two years I think they change or sold the property to a new company and since then is very poor service. Prices going up ridiculously. It’s getting empty. I wouldn’t recommend.
Small storage unit, lock coated gate. Easy and easy out. Never crowded.
Do not go here. Was very unprofessional at the front desk. I bought a auctioned off storage unit. I’m pretty sure the front desk guy looked through the stuff and took whatever he wanted. When I got there, it looked like things were moved around and looks like things were missing from the picture. I saw a laptop bag and it wasn’t there when I came to empty out the storage.
Horrible customer service and very expensive. I contacted the facility manager several times to let them know I moved out and not to charge me the following month. They still charged me for the month and they are advertising my unit rented as available. I’m on my third time talking to corporate no one Knows how to move me out. Would 100% not recommend
Amazing and friendly customer service! We had a last minute booking and every effort was made to accommodate our needs. We even ended up coming 40 minutes after closing and they stayed open to help us out. This is the kind of thing that one needs, moving is already stressful and having helpful people like the team here make the whole experience that much better. Can definitely recommend!
Beautiful experience with the manager Arwin, Alll 10s great person. Very dissatisfied with the Former Lady Manager me and the rest of the long Term tenants were leaving if that person Stayed. Again current management team excellent. Thanks
I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years, and they have always treated me great. If you’re looking for storage, I recommend them with two thumbs up! The site is always nice and clean, and the staff are there and friendly.
The Staff at Seabrook Self Storage is very professional and friendly. I appreciate their professionalism and nice helpful attitudes. The property is clean. The prices are reasonable, and the hours are convenient. I enjoy the auto payment option which gives me the ability to paying monthly from my bank account. I have rented from this place before and I am renting a large space now for three years. Thank You Seabrook Self Storage.
Initially I was attracted to this storage location because of the price. Very fair. I decided to move because of the rat droppings I'd find in my things. Unfortunately, those prices aren't as fair priced as before. They have rats then have the audacity to raise their prices. Wouldn't recommend.
