This review is WELL overdue. Firstly Miss Tania. Her customer service was phenomenal. The situationwhich I will not publicly disclose that could've have went completely LEFT went completely RIGHT with her resolution and resourceful help. I thought she was the General Manager. Actually she should be. She was able to assist with the human error that the current general manager had made and was not so nice about in resolving. Miss Tania offered additional assistance to try and get the issue resolved and we truly appreciate her for that. We need more people like Tania to be promoted General Manager at Cube Smart!! Thank you again Miss Tania only!

I have been at this location for over seven years and this is the first time that it has been managed in such an excellent manner. The manager is hard-working and very conscientious.  She keeps the location spic and span clean. Ms. Jacqueline Eaton is the best!

Jackie was by far one of the most helpful, professional, and genuinely nice people that I have met. She's in the right managerial place for a great customer service experience.

Clean facility and professional, kind and  hard working staff goes out of their way to make your experience positive.  I had the unit for more than 3 months with no evidence damage to my belongings.

Staff was very nice and welcoming! I know will enjoy meeting them again. Facility was nice and clean!

 Happy Sunday, I wish ous all health and wellness. Last Tuesday I had the pleasure of being welcomed warmly into the facility by CubeSmart team member Tania. I asked her if she could step outside and take a look at the UHaul van & my things to help me decide what side I’ll need. Then efficiently explained my options, while provided a visual of the options. After she took me on a tour and actually showed me two sizes I was undecided on and it sealed the deal. I already felt like she went above and beyond at this point, she just smiled and said it alright. After we handled the business and I was moving myself in, I got lost on my floor ‍ and had difficulty finding my unit, so I made a call and here she goes again, unfrustrated, peaceful and patient as she simply found my unit. It was the day before a major decision and helped things go smoothly as I made my power move. I’m thankful for her.

Jacqueline was very helpful and she answered all my questions when I didn't understand the move in process.

Tania was awesome! Beech Road is the cleanest storage facility I have encountered.
