Stopped in Culver's one of my favorite places when on the road. We had Butter Burgers which were great. I always order the Diet Root Beer which is outstanding. There were three of us and we decided to splurge and had some ice cream/ custard. We ordered a scoop of vanilla, chocolate, and the special Carmel Cashew. We were disappointed in the ice cream/ custard. It was icy and not creamy. And in the cashew custard there were only two cashews on the scoop. They probably need to add more cashews on an order, and I think they need to fix their ice cream machine or something?? Otherwise great visit but skip the ice cream/custard until they fix the machine.
My party and I originally walked inside to order. Team members acknowledged our presence but continued to choose to ignore us, disrespect. So we decided to order through the drive thru because they seemed more attentive to customers from that method. Unfortunately after carefully and slowly iterate our order, we checked our bag and were given a wrong item. I will not forget to mention I found a hair in my concrete mixer!!! It seemed deliberate since the hair was really mixed toward the bottom of the dessert. It was such a unpleasant experience that I refuse to return to this location. Obviously the team members at that hour are spiteful we came in to order an hour before closing. I personally know how it is since I've formerly managed within the food industry. I am appalled and just blown away disrespected
YES! This Culver's has been my family's go to location for years, and it's remained the same positive vibes inside and out for the longest time. The food is of a consistent excellent quality, and while prices have steadily risen overtime, where haven't they . I'd highly recommend this location as all staff are very efficient and present themselves well!
We usually order curbside or drive-thru. We tried a few times to sit on tables outside, and it's all good. This location are usually crowded, but i cannot say bad things on service. There's one time where I waited in curbside and I ended up calling their phone to to say I've been waiting for a while and I clicked all the "I'm Here" confirmation. They apologized and gave me free ice cream . All in all I think people here are nice. I cannot say how hard to work on service industry but I've seen a lot of time they are swamped with customers yet everytime I order, i never had any bad experience and they still managed to smile.
They host a nice car show on the second Thursday of the month. Great turnout! The food is pretty good also!

Was visiting America for the first time in 4 years, and wanted a special food option that was quick and easy before going to the homecoming football game for my old high school. Culver's was a great choice. A little more expensive than other fast food places but a little more quality as well.
There spicy chicken sandwiches are the best around. They don't taste fake and there always freshFood: 5/5
I usually like Culvers...but the salad I got today was not good...$10.00 for this salad...some lettuce, a couple tomatoes, 2 pieces of cucumber, little cheese, small piece of chicken...handful of cashews....not worth it to me...hope they do better next time....Food: 3/5
