Went on sept 3rd, and Tyler has got to be one of the youngest and most professional and courteous employees I have ever the pleasure to associate with while placing my order. Give that kid a raise! He is exceptional! Traits hard to find in kids today. Keep up the good work young man.
When you're in the mood for traditional American fast-food, it doesn't get better than a Culver's butter-burger with cheese and a side of their frozen custard. I am typically not a frequent consumer of fast food but Culver's is one that I'm always willing to go for! The Navarre location is always clean, fast, and accurate my orders so I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular Culver's location! Parking: Parking is available, however the parking lot is always quite busy so keep an eye out for other vehicles and children running through the lot; it's particularly busy due to a Holiday gas station being attached, which is frequent by individuals going out on lake Minnetonka.
I have been to this culver three times and each time they have forgotten to give me fries and I ordered a value basket each time. I’m so confused on how this happens but I realize I should always check the bag before I pull out of the parking lot. Two times I did return for the fries but this third time I am saying screw it. Please tell the teams to check the orders. It’s very frustrating.

Consistently, they've put mayonnaise on my spicy chicken sandwich, I have no idea why this location does it when others don't, but I absolutely despise mayonnaise, to the point where I end up tossing the sandwich instead of eating it cause it's been ruined.Food: 1/5
Okay the fish and chips with the Walleye is just unbelievable. Considering the price the place you can't get better any place it was an inch thick with lit batter, I'm sure it was farm-raised but it was great.
I guess the free kids scoop of ice cream is no longer free. Was just charged .55 cents to add sprinkles to my kids scoop of ice cream. Another franchise going down hill. Manager even came to the window and said they have ALWAYS charged for toppings on the free scoop? Sorry in my 15 years if being a Culver’s customer I’ve never been charged. Super disappointing.
We got two small concrete mixers through the drive through and it took over 15 minutes to get them! It wasn’t even that busy… 15 minutes for two concretes..Service: 1/5

Delicious food and always great customer service and they almost always get your order right. Kid-friendliness: They offer a variety of food options for kids 10 and under. Wheelchair accessibility: Front door handicap parking as well as handicap accessible doors and seating options.
