Great tasting donuts - so light and fluffy. Flavor explosion! The apple fritters are soft inside with chunks of apple. Great atmosphere for relaxing with your drink and pastries. Enjoy a table-sized game of checkers while you eat! Staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. We'll be back. Several times.
They have bitten off more than they can chew. The donuts here are always stale, they ship them from Anoka. I've been to this location a few times now and always stop at Lund & Byerly's as well for "emergency donuts". Owners are nothing short of wonderful, and very responsive. They just need to get this shop fixed.
Nothing special. Lackluster. Meh. I was really excited to try this quaint lil place in Navarre, and was left with mediocre disappointment. My family and I went around 11:30a -12 noon on a Sunday, and there was only one young teenage boy working, and I felt bad for him. With our baked goods order for the 5 of us, he still did not manage to get my coffee started by the time we finished our breakfast treats. -the baked goods aren't made in house, they're just brought in from their Anoka location or something, they're really "nothing to write home about"...on the same level as just a gas station donut or something corporate. -nothing is labeled in the cases, so i had to awkwardly ask him what everything was...I inquired as to why, he said they would just get dirty... uhh... As you can see in my photos, we tried the following idk correct labels, as there were no signs, so bear with me; -a couple old fashioned fried donuts, topped with chocolate -an apple fritter -a traditional ring donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles -donut holes: 1 cinnamon & sugar + 1 powdered sugar -a maple, nut something -an mini stinger thing with cream inside in the refrigerated case -a hot croissant sandwich with sausage, egg & cheese -some lemon filled thing ..... it was quite the schmorgasborg we ordered..... Also we experienced these things: -the simple, handwritten, ordinary, quick free hand chalkboard signs were inaccurate, and seemed too inconvenient to change it, but some items were taken to paper coverings... -no coffee brought out, or even started... then proceeded to tell me, at decent length with seemingly partial effort of complexity, how he'd have to dig up and find the ticket to refund my partial order because I just wanted to leave with my family and be on with our day ... I'm getting annoyed just reflecting back on it.. Sadly understaffed for a weekend morning, unmemorable baked foods, and a disappointing experience, all rolled into a memory of a place I shan't return to... Can I go back to Tampa for some hot, in-house decedent Soho donuts now? *drools at happy bakery memories*
I have been there 4 times and they can never make chia tea or any other lattes. They only have coffee and the. My friend stopped by to get a sandwich this last week and they didn't have them either. The only thing they had was doughnuts and plain coffee. Maybe need to change a few things.
Great donuts but they always run out of Texas Donuts. They should know to make more since it's a popular item. Very disappointed in their service.
Awesome! Fresh, not greasy tasted wonderful. Only issue is coffee is way too hot even with holder on the cup you burn your fingers.
Some donuts. Texas doughnut and Bee Stings are the best. Bacon maple long John was great as well.
The Texas donut was amazing. I came here with my family and the employees were friendly and helpful.
This place is disgustingly dirty and not worthy of a star!!! The floor, booths, tables....a ton dust on the booth dividers...tables and chairs were greasy. I will NEVER buy anything there again. GROSS!
We stop all of the time the Bacon maple glaze is the Bomb
