Typical for a chain. I was craving a pork loin sandwich since I was in the Midwest but I wasn't "mid" enough so their pork sandwich will have to do. It's a reasonable facsimile I guess.  The pretzel bites with cheese sauce were alright.  They are famous for their shakes, custard, and concrete whatevers. They seem to make most people happy. I haven't had any lately but it seems they were okay the last time I had one many years okay.  Service was good, prices were average, store was clean.

This is my home location and I love it so much! The staff always do their best and the food and icecream is usually on point. Last time my mixer was kind of soupy and not it’s best due to a lady in front of me ordering the whole menu: I’m still annoyed about that but would still go again!Food: 4/5

Honestly I didn't take pics but took videos we always take take out so our baby can enjoy the custard. 10/10 would recommend it's quality meat   don't get me started on the custard we almost finished it out way home.Food: 5/5

Culver’s is always a winner for ice cream custard. It is rich and creamy. A tad pricey but a pleasant treat. It has a great balance of flavors.Recommended dishesCustard

My friend told me this was like the In n Out of Chicago so we had to stop by. The staff was friendly and nice, would go back just because of the service. The food was also great. Simple but great! I had a burger with fries and a root beer float. I also got a sample of custard for free which made this experience here even better. Food is affordable.

For a fast food chain, this Culver’s location never disappoints with its reputable professionalism and above average customer service their employees display. I hope they are compensated fairly for their incredible hospitality in a not so hospitable world. Thank you to the team at Culver’s Rosemont and their grub for making one of many days, a little more better.

I am very positively surprised visiting these restaurants for the first time. Very nice and really cordial service and the food itself was good for fast food. For my part, I can recommend fries and delicious ice cream.Food: 5/5

This was my first time visiting a Culver’s since I don’t live in the region. I was blown away by how extremely friendly all of the staff members were! A sweet lady even brought us 4 sample cups of different custards to try because I told her it was our first visit. We had 2 butterburgers, fries, and a chocolate shake and were happy with all of our items.

I am sold! I was told that the custard was good but holy cow, I was unprepared. I could eat this everyday.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Probably the only Culver's location I have been to more than once and after 9pm. Hate to compare, but the customer service is just as excellent as Chick-fil-A. Staff are knowledgeable about the menu and are patient with customers - willing to serve others and ask if there is anything more they can do. Ordered the 2pc Cod Dinner and the Cod just melts in your mouth! Their Fried Shrimp are tasty too! Never have room for both a meal and a Concrete but will grab the Concrete separately another time.  Features: Some Staff and Customers continue to wear facemasks. Staff cleans, disinfects seating and tables in-between Customers.
