Went on a Wednesday after flight from Vegas. It was early afternoon so place was pretty empty. Food was great and fresh. Coffee was hot and the milkshakes were not too sweet. Overall great experience made better thanks to our waiter Erik M.  Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

I had the 5 silver pancakes, and it was delicious. Jerell provided excellent customer service with this vibrant energy.Food: 5/5

The food tastes the same as other IHOPs around the country. The service is good and fast. Our waitress is in a very good mood and that makes our morning more pleasant.  Chicken and waffles is a good dish. You get 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of waffles. It fills me up. I could not even finish all of them and I was hungry.  The place is clean. The location is good. It is so close to the airport and many airport hotel. If you are traveling, this is quite convenient to grab a quick bite to eat breakfast. There are plenty of parking.

Decent food.    But not very professional staff. Several employees were rolling silverware behind us, in dining area, and speaking loudly. One was talking about going back to school for 5k a semester, which would have been fine,  however he kept dropping the F bomb incessantly.  He probably didn't realize, but someone should have corrected him. Didn't see any managers or anyone that looked to be in charge.  Host barely spoke and didn't smile at all... just looked miserable... probably not the person that should be in that position. Then at checkout,  same host charged our card and had to be reminded we need it back... then couldn't find a pen, so had us sign in pencil.  I may be a bit paranoid,  but we canceled that card on the way home,  just in case.  We have eaten here other times, and service was much better. Guess the B-team was working when we were there.

To be a foreign tourist, I's informed by my credit card bank that I've been charged twice within the same amount!Food: 5/5

Hashbrowns were burnt and dry. Server didn't bring more gravy when requested. Biscuits & GRAVY only comes w a little over a tablespoon in a small salad dressing cup! The busing staff seemed to be the only people working. Atmosphere is no dif than other iHops. Prices are pretty high for mediocre brunch. Even though the soup bowl looks large, there isn't even a full cup of soup in it. Will not be returning.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and entrance

Dining room barely had any people but the wait to get our food was extremely long. Before it arrived, we were told half of things were unavailable. When it finally came, the bread had mold. No apologies from anyone on the staff. The cooks in the back were screaming in Spanish upset that I sent it back.

I ordered takeout, and my burger was tossed around, apparently, but it wasn't bad. It was a little cold, but that can happen with takeout. Serves were overwhelmed but fid a good job.Food: 3/5
