Normally, I have great service from my local Culvers. Except for tonight, somehow my Double Deluxe got mixed up with someone's double with olives. Needless to say, but I was not happy and i know that mistakes happen. All I ask is that training of employees is looked at so that this does not happen in the future.Food: 4/5
Culver's is definitely a favorite of my husband and I. We don't go much, as it is out of our way, but when we do, man the food is good! It's always hot and fresh, and we are never missing anything from our order. Great customer service, and the people who work there always seem at least somewhat excited to be at their job. If you go on their website, it says that it will take them around 5-6 minutes to make your food, as it is made to order. I've written to attest that this is in fact true. If you are going to complain about getting your order fresh, then that's on you! They constantly have people coming in and out of that place, whether it's dine in or take out. The wait is never long, unless you order lots of food. Best be assured that you will always receive your order with exquisite customer service and a rumbling stomach! I cannot even wait until I get home to start eating most of the time, and that, to me, is a sign of a great restaurant. It's literally diner quality food served from a fast-food place. My husband got the four piece chicken tender. Of course, I had to snag a bite of that. He agreed with me when I said that the chicken was hot, crispy, juicy, and you get a large portion. He is not a big eater, so this filled him up pleasantly well for the money that was spent. He also requested a side of BBQ sauce, which is Sweet Baby Ray's brand! Delicious. I got the double Wisconsin Swiss Melt, and a side of beef gravy for dipping. Seriously, if you have never had your Culver's burger with a side of beef gravy, you are missing out! The burger was enormous, and definitely extra cheesy. The gravy was a thick sauce-like substance, and it was absolutely delicious. And as stated earlier, the food was hot and fresh. 10/10 experience for sure. We will definitely be back!
Pretty busy place at lunch at Noon but our food all came out without much delay and we had a decent group of us. The ice was out in the pop machine but it was filled about 10min later. Two of the three ketchup dispensers were empty but they were not all out. The men's bathroom was closed for awhile due to "harsh chemical use"? It was open before we left at least. So overall pretty standard experience. We have eaten at this location a few times over the years since it opened and haven't had a bad experience so far. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available and lots of kids there. Kids meals available and I like that they have more options than traditional fast food places.
I love culver's and I want to give a good review but there have been many occasions where we have gotten the wrong food or our order was wrong. It's frustrating especially when we have someone in our family who can't have diary. I just hope that staff pays a little more attention to what they are putting into the bags.

My husband and I always get the mushroom and swiss burger with fries. The custard is amazing my husband and son get it almost every day. The lemon Italian icee is pretty awesome as well I like to get mango/strawberry flavor
Curds were great! We waited 15min in drivethru for them though. Eventually went inside and found they had an issue with their printer and never got our ticket.
This location has an amazingly excellent and professional staff, the lobby is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The ice cream freezer needs to be wiped down, the handle will make you need a shot of sanitizer after touching.
Always LOVE frozen custard! I tried a chocolate shake this time and that didn't disappoint. I'm grateful to always have good experiences here.
We typically order ahead for ice cream and use the curbside pick up. We have always had a good experience. This is our winter ice cream spot when the stands close for the season.
