Went there twice, first time was no good but the second time was much better. Everyone is very nice but the girls up front could care less. Dr. Curtis is awesome! I just can't seem to get a cleaning or anything and they won't call me back to schedule one. Last I heard they told me I have a waiting period of one year, and I never heard from them again.. at this point I have to start over, find a new dentist and hopefully get a cleaning before 2025.Very frustrated with this place because they were great in 2020 when I had serious dental problems and they actually scheduled me for appointments back then.
With my fear of the dentist, it was all eliminated pretty quickly with the awesome staff here. Friendly, helpful etc. is an understatement. So glad I made the decision to switch to this practice. I’d been neglecting a lot of work I knew I needed but Will and his team broke everything down and set up a plan for me. Very happy with my experience.
After chipping one of my top front teeth from a fall recently, I knew I needed to pray and do research to find a new dentist. As a result I found Dr. Curtis' office! He is a "jack of all trades" in the field of dentistry. He performed stunning restoration work on my tooth and made sure the rest of my teeth were okay as well from the accident! I am so VERY pleased! All of the staff in his office, from the very beginning, with Jess on the phone, were not only professional but warm and accomodating. It is a positive and bright environment. I have to also say that Dr. Curtis and his staff were great with me. I ask a lot of questions so that I can understand and also make informed decisions. What's more is that you can tell the people enjoy each other as well as their work. Thank you, Dr. Curtis. Along with your skills, you and your staff really do put the patient first!
My first appointment went very well. The offices are lovely and impeccably clean. I was greeted warmly by the front office, to dental hygienist and Dr. Curtis. I was so pleased with the service and care.
My first time going to Curtis and was very nervous I've been neglecting my teeth for years and know I have lots of work to do. This is just speaking on my consult but so far very impressed. Welcoming waiting room, very friendly staff both at the front desk as well as the hygienist and Dr. Curtis is great. I'll follow up after my first actual procedure in a few weeks but so far I have a great feeling! UPDATE - have now been for two separate filling appointments and have had nothing less than pleasant experiences both times well, as pleasant as it can be for a dental appointment. All the hygienists are extremely friendly and Dr. Curtis is amazing - constantly checking in, making sure I'm comfortable, warning me before switching to a different tool, etc. Also both fillings have taken significantly less time than originally expected, from start to finish they've at most taken 45 minutes. I already have more appointments scheduled and I'm less nervous now than before except for the extractions, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there!. Thanks for everything :
New Dentist for my husband and I. Could not be happier! Fabulous staff, courteous and always look happy to see you. Dr. Curtis is awesome. Takes time with you and really explains everything so you understand what's needed and what he is doing. You will NEVER dread going to the dentist if you go here.
We had an emergency chipped bottom front tooth on our 4 yr old grandson, I called them Tuesday afternoon and they saw us the next morning @ 9am. The staff was wonderful, their facility is just beautiful but comfortable. Dr. Matt was awesome with our little one and as expected the tooth is also loose so would not hold repair until it comes out in the next year. We love you guys, we appreciate you all for making our little one's experience not least but scary and traumatic as his 1st visit with another dentist.
All the staff are amazing. From the front desk ladies, to the dentists themselves. I needed a filling a few months ago so I listened to music while Dr Drake did her thing. She did my filling in 3 1/2 songs!!! She is amazing!!
Very pleased with my experience today. Had a tooth pulled, so I was very nervous. It was out and I was on my way home before I even knew what was going on. Been home a few hours now and absolutely no pain thus far.
So thankful for such a professional and caring dentistry team at Curtis family dentistry. They worked me in on short notice after losing a crown. They always put the patient first! So thankful for you guys!
