After a not great experience at another local jeweler I could not be happier with my service here! They were able to do exactly what I wanted with both pieces of jewelry for a fraction of the cost and everyone was super friendly! I would definitely recommend working with them before going anywhere else! It it easy to see how they have been in business for almost 30 years.

I would give a 5-star review except for one thing: the staff member who has assisted us in a family heirloom ring repair apparently doesn’t respect our business enough to put on her mask. Although we felt the price was a bit expensive, the work was excellent, and done on-site in a very timely manner. However, we will find someone else for future jewelry repairs due solely to the disrespect of not wearing a mask to assist us.
I take all of my repairs and custom orders to Custom Jewelers! I love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful every time I go in. Most recently, they made a custom piece for me that I am totally in love with. My grandmother had given me her vintage wedding rings, which I desperately wanted to wear, but my husband wanted me wearing the rings he gave me 23 years ago. We came to a compromise and I went to Custom Jewelers and had my diamonds set into my grandmother's rings. Her diamonds were smaller than mine so they had to do quite a bit of work, but they turned out beautifully and the results were just what I was expecting and requested. I will never have any custom work or repairs done anywhere except Custom Jewelers!!
Was a fantastic place. Was 2 days before Christmas and I needed my diamond put in my wife's engagement ring as I was upgrading her diamond. Ring needed some repair and diamond needed to be put in. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive and needed a week. Kali I believe was her name was super friendly and very clear and honest. She quoted me the price within 10 minutes and the ring was ready hours before they said it would be. She was a great help remembered me by name when I returned. No complaints.... ring looks amazing as well...
Honest and extremely customer-oriented. I came here to get my girlfriend's pearl necklace clasp fixed, and the lady at the counter was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I hadn't even bought it here, but she still took it back to the jeweler several times to get it repaired, showed me how to use it, and refused to take any payment. The process was about ten minutes because she didn't feel it was fixed to her standards, and again it was just a wonderful experience - it would have cost $35 that I was willing to pay to get it restrung, and she still insisted that they just repair it for me because it was the honest thing.
I went to three jewelry stores when trying to resize and fix a family engagement ring so i could propose to my girlfriend. The first a local chain said it would be several weeks since they use outside repair people and would cost thousands. The second a national chain refused to repair it because they didn't sell it. I came to Custom Jewelers after that. They said they could have it done in about a week since they have jewellers there and with the repairs, resizing, and cleaning it was well under a grand. A great place could not recommend highly enough.
What a disappointment. Expected friendly service . Treated like an inconvenience to have to deal will. Wanted a larger ring on a necklace so I could put it on. 185.00. Give me a break. Will never step foot in that business again.
Staff is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I purchased an engagement ring in December, and returned with my Fiancé to purchase wedding rings. I suggest you see Callie and Gary before you purchase elsewhere. Thanks for all your help and will come by for future purchases.
I got my wife a new ring from them for our 10 year anniversary and I will definitely be back to give my business again
