CustomPlus Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that is locally owned and owner operated. CustomPlus specializes in custom compounding, full line traditional prescription offerings, and wellness services.

What We Offer
In addition to our custom compounding, traditional prescription and wellness services, CustomPlus offers home care supplies, equipment, and delivery. CustomPlus also offers immunization services on a walk-in basis as well as off-site immunization clinics upon request. Disease state management is offered by our experienced clinical staff.

Our Staff
CustomPlus Pharmacy employs a licensed nurse who is able to offer wellness services including cholesterol, A1C, blood sugar, INR, and vital sign monitoring and testing. Ben Rachwal, pharmacist owner/operator, has extensive clinical experience and can help with lab interpretation and disease state management. Ben’s experience as a clinical pharmacist in a local LTAC hospital has created a particular passion for palliative care, hospice, and wound care patients. Established in 2012, we have specialized in providing custom compounding, full line traditional prescription offers and wellness services for over 10 years.We prepare capsules, creams, ointments, gels, suspensions, solutions, suppositories, troches, lollipops, chew treats, gummy bears, popsicles, and more. Our main areas of focus include: hormone replacement therapy HRT, veterinary, pediatrics, pain relief, wound care, podiatry, dermatology, ear/nose/throat ENT and hospice care.We also offer home health care supplies, high quality vitamins and supplements, OTC items, compression garments and more. We provide complete immunization services as well!"

This is an amazing small pharmacy, with good people with great attitudes and great service.  They went out of their way to help transfer and fill a scheduled drug prescription that I'm required to get before I go from Lafayette to my hip replacement surgery in Carmel *very* early Wednesday morning, and my regular pharmacy short notice OUT OF STOCKed me less than 36 hours before I'm leaving.  Thankful and CustomPlus is going to become my regular Pharmacy after this.

Custom Plus Pharmacy is truly unique! It's the only place around where I can get customized compounds, and at reasonable prices, too. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, as well. I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this place. I have been looking for a local place to get custom compression sleeves for lymphedema. Bethany has been absolutely amazing. From day one of meeting her she listened to me express my concerns and frustrations. She has been quick to reply to my messages and even had the Jobst representatives meet with me at my appointment. The customer service provided has been above and beyond my expectations. Thank You!

This pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the best solution to my pharmaceutical needs at a cost far less than the other area pharmacies!

Custom Plus is a God send!!!! They have helped our family so very much!!!  We have much needed prescriptions  we need to take for our health. One of the prescriptions I take another pharmacy in town wanted to charge me $580.00 a month and they could not fill it in store.  It would have had to be mailed good luck with that.  The first visit to Custom Plus I got the same prescription for zero dollars!!!  My husband’s insurance covered the whole prescription and they filled it in a couple of minutes!!!  The pharmacist couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. I love that it is family owned.  Everyone is always so nice and helpful. What a nice change!!!

There is NO pharmacy as good as this one. We have used CVS and other local larger pharmacies and they are bar none to Custom Plus. We love that it is family owned so it's a much more friendly vibe. Instead of waiting hours and hours or even days for our medicine, they always have it shortly after it's ordered or are communicating clearly the progress to us. The pharmacists are well trained and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. David is the BEST pharmacist and his staff are exceptional.
