CVA Rentals

After being good tenants for 18 months we were very disappointed not to get our full deposit back. House was filthy when we moved In. CVA is very expensive compared to other companies. Also, I turned in my 60 days' notice and asked to be contacted to discuss details. I was never contacted. So, I have called, texted, and reached out through Messenger and FB-still no response. I feel like something fishy is going on here.

I rented from them and had an ongoing problem with the upstairs Apt washing machine draining into my kitchen sink flooding my kitchen when I was not home. The problem never was fixed and I moved out 3 months later I found out that they took me to court for eviction after I had already vacated the premises and let them know I was gone. Now why would they do that!
