We are a comprehensive wound care department. We can evaluate and treat any wound, small or large, difficult, surgical, traumatic or chronic. One of our tools for healing wounds is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. We also have a Vascular surgeon from the University of Utah that comes up to our clinic to evaluate not only our patients, but any patients in Cache Valley. We also offer Infusion Therapy and Diabetes Education. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy can be used for the following indications. Diabetic wounds of the lower extremity, Preparation and preservation of compromised skin grafts or flaps, Crush injury, Compartment Syndrome, Carbon Monoxide poisioning, some bacterial infections, Osteomyelitis, Osteoradionecrosis, Soft Tissue Radionecrosis, Gas Gangrene, Acute Ischemia, Necrotizing Infections, Sensorineural Hearing Loss, Arterial Insufficiency, Retinal Artery Occlusion, Enhancement of difficult wounds, Severe Anemia, Acute Thermal burn injury, Intracranial Abscess, Air or Gas Embolism and Decompression illlness.
