Their pharmacy is always so helpful. We pick up quite a bit of medications and go often and the wait time is quick. Good place for picking up other quick items as well.

I needed deodorant cologne & milk. I went to this store specifically because of all the poor reviews. I wanted to see for myself why so many people found this store unpleasant. I was greeted when I walked in, when I stood looking confused, i was kindly asked if I needed help finding anything.  I was accurately directed to the items I needed. The employee's we're patient, kind & helpful . The atmosphere was calm & peaceful, i left the store with the items i went in for & a smile .  I will be back.

I’m so glad this CVS was where I needed it when I needed it!! From the Covid testing process to having a prescription filled to finding other comfort measure supplies, every employee that I encountered was pleasant and helpful and competent. Being ill while thousands of miles from home is very stressful, but this CVS made the experience as good as it possibly could be. Thank you!!

One of the best CVS locations in San Diego county. Very caring and helpful staff. The pharmacist Daniel is one of the best. He's next level in customer satisfaction and support. Really glad I can count on this CVS for all my prescriptions to be filled on time, and if there is a problem filling for what ever reason, they exhaust all the available resources to get it filled. Thank you CVS and staff.

In order to sell me a CVS card, the manager of the store told me that it had benefits that did not actually exist.  In trying to cancel the card, and the reoccurring charges, that same manager called a CVS representative from the store phone.  I was asked a lot of personal questions in  order to cancel the card and account.  I've tried calling various numbers and found it impossible to stop this horrible company from sending me their ads. I finally had to cancel my Visa card to keep them from charging me more money. If you want to make your life miserable, go to this store and start doing business with them.

I really want to give the store itself 5 stars. I loved CVS. In fact I was there 2 Christmas eves ago picking up some last minute stocking stuffers and little gifts and things and all of a sudden my friend and I noticed this manager lady was following us. This woman was not only following us but she started putting herself in between the 2 of us . I would ask my friend a question .. the woman would answer!!! She had  this little price checker looking thing in her hand . She repeatedly said she was doing " inventory". .everytime I picked up an object .she would say very loud so everyone in the store practically could hear " let me tale that to the front counter and hold that for you:". As if she was trying to impress someone. I dont know i felt like crying.  .as we decided to go check out  I suddenly started to CHOKE. LITERALLY it felt like a giant patch of dust settled itself right in my throat. I was coughing erratically and i pointed to my throat and walked quickly towards their water bottles. Grabbed one and drank.  . Ahhhh .it was just what I needed. The heaters in the winter can bring on a asthma because of the drying effect indoors. . After about 15 more minutes or so she again as loud as she could told my friend and I that she reserved the right to refuse service to us to never return or she would call police!. I wish I knew why .I offered to pay for the water I did tell her before I got the water as best I could. . .I just don't get these people.

This store hosts a "Vetco". It's  a inexpensive sure fire way to ensure your pet has a loved, healthy future. No frills no nonsense professional health care. They are very to the point they gave me information and handled my puppy very well. I suggest and promote this service.  Way to go CVS/VETCO

I just spent 20 minutes on hold and not once did an actual person pick up the phone.  I called at 8:06pm.  No reason for them to not at least answer the phone and put me on hold.  Re order info over a ND over while I'm waiting.  After going through 3 minutes to try and talk to a real person.

I went in to this location on Sunday at 4Pm, with a regular prescription that I fill every month. Only went to this cvs because it was the closest to my home. That was just a waste of my time. The lady behind the counter, did everything to make me leave without filling my prescription. I was in there the previous Thursday to make sure they could fill it on Sunday and they said that they could. Don't waste your time going to this location. Had to travel 15 miles to a better branch. The stop was a waste of my time.
