Four months in a row I call the day my prescription is due to be refilled. My doctor calls in the day before his office closes on Friday as my refill is due on Saturday. Each month they make me wait an entire day for my late medication and then do not fill until mid afternoon. If you do not enjoy your job find a new one. Messing with someone’s monthly medication is not okay. Doing it for four months in a row is cruel and shows lack of understanding or empathy or care in the role you provide. Many have no other options for pharmacies in Ramona.
I have reluctantly been coming here for the last year and a half for random pharmacy needs because Rite Aid is closer than other stores. This location is a joke. Never more than 1 cashier. Empty shelves throughout the store. I recently had a bathroom emergency while shopping, but they keep the bathroom locked up. There were 7 people in line so I asked the scowling pharmacy lady for help getting into the bathroom and she directed me back to the register, who apparently has to let you into the bathroom like you’re a child. I really needed the bathroom so I left and went to the grocery store and bought what I needed there instead. Useless all around and I’ll just go the drive further to CVS when I need OTC medicine. The pandemic is over. Staff up and order some merchandise for crying out loud.
The Pharmacy here just waist your time, They refused to take good RX for my prescription and didn't want to offer a solution for me and then charge m 3X the amount for the prescription. I will never set foot in a Rite aid ever again this entire business is a complete joke.
Shopping experience was a bit frustrating as the store didn't have the items I wanted. The sales representative was very helpful and very kind. I would shop here again.
The pharmacy dosnt not care at all about you or your medication! They Lied to me about running my insurance saying I don't have insurance and to call, I called my insurance 2 times and I definitely DO have insurance, I've had it for yearssss! They just didn't care at all and completely lied to me and the lady with blonde curly hair was so RUDE she was ignoring me when I was talking to her, then she just left. RITE AD Pharmacy is the WORST! I called my doctor and had them send my stuff to somewhere else.
My dr. accidentally sent my prescription to Rite Aid instead of CVS. Whoops! Huge difference. I tried to make it work anyway, but their customer service is so bad. I remember why I never go there. My wife told me to try Best Care Pharmacy. There is something to be said for small local businesses where people actually care. I should’ve gone there.
Pharmacy when I do need it, they're alright. I think the only one who stands out to me & is friendly & makes you feel better about being sick or hurt is the young lady with pinkish hair. I didn't get your name but thank you & you're awesome. Other than that..pretty basic store/pharmacy I prefer here over CVS in town. They do have a rewards system too so if you just enter your phone number you can get the member price. Super simple process. Unlike the associate CARAH, usually you serve "customers" in the line they arrive in, not by because "we're back because I dropped my ice cream," so they should be taken care of before the person who actually came in for medicine. Then to be told to have a "blessed night." Not very considerste nor customer service smart there. But maybe if you took those big fake eye lashes off you'd be able to do your JOB more accordingly. Go back to training.
The quality of service in the pharmacy has gone badly downhill in the past few months. Prescriptions are rarely ready at the promised time. This is a semi-rural community and many customers live some distance away. Today, I was verbally promised that two prescriptions would be ready by 7:00 pm. I got a text at 6:15 telling me they were ready, but I waited until seven to pick them up. The prescriptions WERE NOT READY. I made a nearly 20 mile round trip for nothing. Situations like this are becoming more frequent. I switched over to RiteAid because the service at CVS was abysmal. Now Rite Aid is almost just as bad.
The pharm tech here was awesome! He was well aware that the medication I needed was an emergency med and saw that it was filled at the wrong rite aide location. He said he would take care of it and he kept his promise. Medication was transferred and filled with 10 minutes. The only thing I regret was not catching his name. He was Awesome, Excellent Superb
The mix ups and delays that go on at the pharmacy are amazing. There always seems to be some issue with filling medications and I've had to wait longer then necessary even after having called prescriptions in. I won't be going back and recommend you avoid the pharmacy at all costs.
