My mother came to the pharmacy today to pick up one of her regular medication's. The pharmacist told her you already received that we gave you 90 day supply. . My Mom, who is alert and oriented and 80 years old told the Pharmacist that no she never received 90 days she only received 30 days. The Asian pharmacist was Disrespectful to my mother in front of other customers. She was rude, and degrading verbally to my mother. At the end she realized  her mistake,  of only giving my mother 30 pills as she stated in the beginning, The pharmacist then attempted to give my mother a disingenuous apology. My mother does not accept her apology. She frequents that pharmacy on Katella Monthly for all her medication's. She says every time she comes to the store the pharmacist is rude to her as well as the manager. It's unheard of to have a manager asked everyone upon entrance to the store "are you gonna buy something?" Well what would they be doing in the CDS without wanting to purchase something? Looks like you need to fire everyone in the store as they are all rude and socially unacceptable. The only reason I gave you a one star is because there's no option for zero stars!  Shame on you CVS for hiring such obnoxious employees!

Based on ad, I called for CVS in Los Alamitos on Katella Blvd., about l:15 pm today.  Transferred to agent Delisa.  My question to her was could I make a covid test appointment by phone for said location I can send by 'safari but my email was not working properly.   She said I had to do it by email.  Was very frustrating talking to her as she was curt, rude and seemed not to understand my problem.  She said I was being rude by interrupting her, made no attempt to help me other than to argue with me.  If tis was recorded you can hear to the conversation.  So far, not much help. The CVS store on Katella in LosAlamitos Is terrific!. Great customer service, clean , organized, and easy checkout!!

I came in earlier this evening with my wife and daughter for some cough medicine. As we entered, the store associates just stared at us—no greeting at all. We find what we’re looking for and then head for the registers. The two women were still standing there chatting, one much more than the other. The one doing all the talking seemed like a manager/supervisor. She kept saying something about “a little Asian woman,” over and over until she finally realized that I needed to make my purchase. She then walks off and the other associate, who seemed reluctant to interrupt her, kindly rings me up. Unpleasant.

My wife and I  had set COVID booster & flu shot appointments on line, but they were 3-1/2 hours apart.   We stopped by on the way home and asked if they could take us both at the earlier appointment time.  They said 'Would you like to take care of them now?'  3 hours before our earliest appointment! so we said 'Yes!'.   Thank you so much Mei at CVS Los Alamitos!  Also thank you to Pharmacist Huan for giving us our shots. Neither of us felt a thing!   Quick and easy.  Only downside was we had to spend 15 minutes there to make sure we had no adverse reaction to either shot. Of course we found things to spend money on in that 15 minutes! Lol!

This place covid testing automatically forms 2 lines merging into one. Unfortunately you wouldn’t know your place in line unless you pay attention before merging. The manager helped  me ! She’s so sweet. She went to various other traffic in other line to tell them I would be moving in front of them at merging. Basically it’s appearing like I am taking cuts in line. Mgr took care of my concerns and I sincerely appreciate it. I wouldn’t want confrontation over this . 10 cars in 2 merging lanes - could present a problem but the mgr made it all good.

I'm all for CVS'...but this particular pharmacy 3401 Katella Ave. should be closed.  Absolute, unacceptable ineptness by all who stand behind the counter. They might be skilled with pills, but they are socially unaware and have the people skills of a fire ant.  Save yourself the heartache and head somewhere else.

Too Bad. Doesn't look like ANYBODY in the pharmacy department is competent.  Waited an hour while they lost my prescription-watching customer after customer complaining where is their prescriptions..either they had called it in hours ago or they had been shorted pills. Not sure how this pharmacy is operating! Never seen ANYTHING like it. I suggest going to a completely different store all together.  Good luck!

Every time I go there, the Pharmacy people are very nice and helpful. But, the rest of the store employees are all great and cheerful. Never had a negative vibe from any of them, past and present. There is an EDIT option though, Haah!

This is my favorite CVS! Always helpful. Always friendly.
