Hello Rite Aid Network,My local Rite Aid store is only a few minutes away from Leisure World & Right In Front Of Rossmoor! It was always stocked,pleasant and some were very helpful! Now No Senior rewards, adult incontinence overnight diaper never in stock after making 3-4 trips. Sale 2/20 no sale on that! Now Up to $14.99 that is a big jump in price! Is there some shortage when Stater Bros, Ralphs,CVS has there's at $10.00 ! I Love RiteAid Give Senior Community A Break! Thank You Respectfully, Christina Rousselle Gomez
The blond lady at the front desk is very rude . She don’t try to help anything, all she does is try to decline any service. I just spoke with the Medicare office before I came to refill, I explained to her and she ignored. She didn’t bothered to listen what I tried to say, and said to wait for answers. To wait for what? I need that medicine for my blood pressure and explained to her and she ignored totally. You know what? I am going to somewhere that they listened to customers!

I could not understand most of what the younger Asian man in the pharmacy ws saying, not only because of thick accent, but he also spoke very fast; at times he spoke while not facing me. To me he looked like he'd just gotten up disheveled hair and was sleepy. The woman next to me also mentioned this. I was getting a Covid booster. Two women in the pharmacy one was Chris who is very helpful and friendly most times; the other an Indian ? woman who gave the injection explained what was happening, because I was getting a different brand than I had injected prior to this. Perhaps someone could have advised me of that PRIOR to my coming in. The Rite Aid website: I had great difficulty in scheduling my vaccine appointment. After I scheduled the Covid booster I was asked if I wanted to add another injection, which I did add. Yet there was no option to continue after that! I only saw "no thanks" AFTER I had added the second vaccination, so I clicked on that... and LOST everything I had done. I had to start the process THREE times, but was only able to schedule by making TWO SEPARATE appointments.
I have been w this store pharmacy for twent years plus. This time, a new pharmacy clerk is not honest- she did not go over each medicine before I left. When I went home I found out I was given the generic replacement without my doctor consent. I brought it back the next day and they refused to take it back. It happened before and Kelly the pharmacist explained to me the rule. And, she agreed to refill the prescription again and I would make another payment. I have no issue. For this time, I tried to explain to the clerk that I would be willing to pay for another co-payment. But, her lead is so thick and she took the case by herself and asked me to talk to the store mgr on Monday. Can u believe that the store did not have weekend manager. It is so dishonest. So, we did not have any medicine this weekend. It would jeopardize our health. I called back the store to talk to week-end store mgr. I have been waiting in vain for hrs on line. By the way, Kelley and Patel are the best pharmacists. The new clerk needs to be retrained for customer service.
I was going to the Pharmacy and had a question for the Pharmacist but the second technician took over after my medicine got to the counter. She then got the medicine and didn't take her time and said we have it here. I said Thank you and left. Second time it's happened. She didn't say anything like Thank You. She acted like I shouldn't need to be waiting. Love Rite Aid though.
"Caveat emptor - buyer beware." You have been warned! I am disgusted at the level of disrespect the management has at this Rite Aid for the local customers. This lack of customer service and "customers are easily replaceable and disposable" attitude is not becoming of a store located near other Rite Aids and various other CVS and Walgreens competitors. I would not be surprised to see this store going out of business soon. It is always dead, product never moves. Perhaps unemployment will move the management to hire appropriate department heads that can keep the shelves stocked and the lines moving. The pharmacy line tonight took about an hour. Earlier this evening I went in and witnessed an employee at the pharmacy literally arguing with a customer while 10 of us waited in line. You'd think they would open up another register right!!! If you have no choice but to go to this store, I recommend the ice cream and NOTHING else. Even the candy is expired and my mother found a maggot-looking insect thing in the Power bar she bought from the snack section. Caveat emptor - buyer beware.
Higher prices, which is fine because it's convenient, I live right behind the place, and go 3-4 times a week due to proximity, but got there at 9:58pm to buy a gallon of milk cause I have a crying 18 month old at home asking for a bottle and no more milk and this guy tells me they're closed. I told him all I wanted was 1 item and I had already entered the store and was 10-15' in and was asked to leave. I deal with the over priced items because of convenience but treat a customer with disrespect when the doors are open and tell to leave when I'm already half way through the store and that's the last time I shop at this rite aid. Ridiculously rude customer service.
