Lots of great options for purchasing for yourself or gift someone else. Cashier welcomed me during my visit and helped me out to find what I needed. Great coupons to look for when entering your phone number through the coupon kiosk. Have not used their pharmacy service so I wouldn't know.
Ordered a birthday banner online when I came to get it, they just said my order was cancelled without informing me but my email never said it was cancelled and nobody called and the staff on the counter never apologized and was very rude. A simple apology is enough. I hope they will try to do something with customer service.
The CVS on 14 in Palatine, IL always has friendly, helpful staff, is well organized and easy to navigate and the bathrooms are actually CLEAN. Unlock local competitor… CVS has the best coupons that actually save you money and it is greatly appreciated. I literally just paid $33 instead of about $80!
The pharmacy staff is so rude. They seem so annoyed that they have to work. If they don't like the job, quit! My husband called to check the status and they hung up on him. They simply won't fill prescriptions if they don't want to. I was just there to pick up meds, the pharmacist literally threw my money and the meds in the drawer and walked away. We will be switching from this location.
Took off 2 stars because of their pharmacy staff. Rude and inconsiderate. Some of them talk inappropriately about customers in front of everyone to hear. Some will get annoyed the moment you have a question about insurance and cost of medicine. They act like the rest of us are not there.
The new pharmacist can’t count/use a calendar so he wouldn’t give me my prescription. He doesn’t understand you go back a day if the month ends in 31. Also, I saw another review that I 100% agree with. They are obsessed with their lunch break. I called at 11:30!! They said well they go on lunch so..I mean that’s a damn hour smh
Will not come back and ask all my providers change this location as my pharmacy.. so unprofessional, told me to come next day , calling all the time and at the end they stated prescription will be ready on Mon evening so its one week after it was sent to them… and we needed medication super urgent for little kid…
I really liked this local CVS. Thought that the cashier on Sundays was very nice. However, the pharmacy really went downhill. I called in to get a prescription refilled, was told I could pick up the same day later.went to pick up 4 days later. I was told that they simply did not attempt to fill the prescription with no explanation. Also, was surprised about the dress code behind the counter. The person helping me had no scrub, just a hoody. Ok, she told me they will fill. Came back on Saturday at noon. They are now closed over lunch. Only way to find out is to go to store. CVS does not inform customers online about the lunch break. Needless to state that I go somewhere else as there are so many pharmacies.
Negative, I have been trying to call the pharmacy for hours. Tried calling multiple times and was on hold for over 20 mins n no response. Spoke with the manager and he said he will ensure someone picks up my call and still no luck. I just want to know if they have the prescription my doctor called or if I should get it transferred to a different location. Not the first time having bad experience with this location. Ridiculous service
I usually go through the drive thru and have had a positive experience there however they closed their drive thru due to staffing issues and I had to go in. Wow the pharmacists are so rude here, the pharmacist told me my prescription was $190 and I asked is there any discount website he said no. Then I went online and found a coupon myself. I was waiting there afterwards for about 15 minutes and then a girl came up and I thought she was talking me and I was trying to tell her I found the coupon and she said “I wasn’t talking to you” very rudely, she had a brown hair pony tail wearing an IU sweater and didn’t look professional at all. This was the least of my concerns with their interaction but I have to say the People working at the pharmacy have no customer service skills whatsoever.
