Normally I don’t have a problem with the drive thru. Today I called the pharmacy, 1st time holding so someone to answer I was hung up on. I called them back someone finally answered. I told them I needed to straighten up my 4 RXs because they need to refill 2 before the one I still have 35 days left of. I was put on hold. Then after a few minutes hung up on. I only switched to CVS because of my insurance. Not happy right now!

This is the most unprofessional Pharmacy ever. On the 3rd a young lady told me my prescription were there and she could reprocess them with my insurance card once I got there which wasn’t til the next day. The young lady at the Pharmacy pronounces my name wrong and I corrected her and she thought the way she pronounced it was funny. I give her my card and she tells me it’s not valid and a few minutes later it was valid. She then tells me oh you don’t have anything ready scripts we’re Put on hold the day before. Really and why!! So I won’t be doing business with CVS  Young lady thank you for your professionalism.

Worst CVS I’ve used for prescriptions.Since moving to Alvin every script is always out of stock and I have to wait 2-3 days for scripts for my kids and if I don’t ask and call I’d still be waiting for an update on the status on the app. The drive thru is always a good hour wait and after this last time the automative response told me a time and date and I waited all day for the prescription and it took me calling after the said time and talking to the pharmacy to tell me that my prescription that was ordered a day before was not ordered yet, I am done with this place. Children are in pain and need their meds and all I get is delays.

Just waited 15 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru and tried calling and no response so I decided to go inside for my prescription all to see that the pharmacy was closed not regularly scheduled closing time and no one was smart enough to put a sign outside for people?? I told an employee and she looked lost that I even suggested a note be placed outside. What a disappointment.

I had a good experience, Nice and clean store, in order. Customer service was great also, Alejandra solved an issue I had without a negative attitude like most places. These Employees take care of their customers.  May21 5:00ish

Associates from pharmacy are rude and short on the phone. Was told I was gonna get my medicine the next day, 3 days still hasn't come in. Say their system Is backed up. My Dr. Called in the morning, they say never got the call or it hasn't come through yet. Have had on going issues with CVS. 3 people ahead of me in line, all of us had problems and they could not help 1 of us. All were turned away, and it was always someone else's fault. Never them. Hard to believe with that many issues it's always someone else's fault. Changing pharmacies will never use them again. Too many years of problems.

Horrible pharmacy times. There is always an issue with them "not receiving my prescription" even the staff I don’t know what I said there is anyone responsible to take with them there is 2 girls like a managers please change them so I don’t know we’re the people in Alvin please no one go there

Terrible customer service.  They don't acknowledge customers who are standing at the counter.  There is always an issue every time I have a prescription sent to this location.  They were out of the medication I needed and never informed me. I had the prescription transferred to the Santa Fe location and in 15 minutes it was ready.  I will drive out of my way to Santa Fe from now on.

Said the didn’t have the medicine for my prescription, I asked if another CVS had it and said they were able to find some here. Waited for an hour when they said 10 minutes
