Pharmacist Denny T is very rude and does not know what to do. I am a pharmacy benefit manager of a member pharmacy insurance and this pharmacist has no clue what she’s doing. I asked her to get another pharmacist in the the pharmacy who can assist with processing a claim properly and she refused instead she disconnected the phone. Very unprofessional, to behave this way because you are frustrated with not knowing what to do. It’s okay to ask for help. I even suggested she reach out to the pharmacy’s software vendor for help but she refused. Staff need to be better trained on how to properly enter DUR codes because this minor error is what causes members medications to be delayed.

The only pharmacy that not only consistently runs out of medication but this time chose to lie to me and sat they hadn't had it for a few months. I got it filled there the month before.... When they do have your meds they are extremely slow. Avoid this one at all costs. The store itself is great its just the pharmacy that needs to be gutted.

Courtney in the pharmacy is an angel! She helped me lower the cost of a few prescriptions and that just made my day. She was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service from Courtney!!!

Very slow, consistently understaffed.

Terrible customer service. I have a lot of problems getting prescriptions filled here. Usually a long line at the drive through because one of the lanes does not work. I am changing to a different pharmacy!

Staff not always knowledgeable

When to the doctor at 8:30 this morning and she called in a couple of scripts. At noon I called to see if they were ready was told it would be closer to 1:00. So at 1:30 I go up there and it still wasn't ready. So at 6:30 call and only one is ready they have to order the other one but cant tell me when it will be here. I just cant seem to understand  why at noon you cant tell a customer  that meds have to be ordered.

Young girl drive through was very rude..other helpers very good.dude was awesome got me help i needed

I love this pharmacy. They were always helpful, friendly, and got my prescriptions filled on time. Plus I get fuel points!! I am so disappointed that my insuramce changed and I had to switch to CVS. I will always recommend Kroger pharmacy!!
