I called and asked if I could get my medication for my daughter way earlier than 8:52pm it was scheduled to be picked up. I was told yes it would be ready in 30 minutes. Mind you I have an 8yr daughter ADHD and very hyper active. I get there and they look so confused. So as a mother I'm now irritated. And not once did I get an apology. Maybe by then young gentleman that was trying to cash me out but the other grown men was very rude not understanding and never even asked who the person I talked to too get resolved. Said I could take the 10 but had to void the 20 and I contact the doctor and get the other 20 another day. Mind you I drove all the way from yantis to sulpSpribgs for this meds being told it would all be ready. They suck and don't know how to treat customers or try to understand. I work at Jack In The Box and I have way more patience and understanding. Get your stuff together cvs. I've been going to yalm for a while and this is just unacceptable.
After a dental procedure at 1pm, my Dentist calls in an RX for me, after 5 hours I decided to go to the local CVS and pick up the Rx only to find that it wasn't ready and would be an additional 20 minutes so I waited with the other 2 people experiencing the same problem with delays. I wait for my Rx only to find it was for the wrong person. So I go back and wait again for the correct one to be filled. Only one of the 2 rx's was available due to waiting on the insurance for approval of a pain med. I take the antibiotic and leave. I contacted my Dentist that night who tries to call in a Rx from home , but no one will answer the phone. He then drives up to the Pharmacy and gives them a handwritten Rx at about 4:30pm on a Fri. I go up there to the Pharmacy at 9:45am Saturday morning to get the Rx. Gentleman waiting on me tells me that the Rx has not been approved by my insurance and tells me to step aside to the next window so another person can help me. I asked him what was the cost without the insurance and he tells me to go to the next window again. I wait there for another person to help me when I noticed that the lady waiting behind me in the other line is now behind me in my line. The gentleman kept moving people from one line to another without helping them. I could tell the lady trying to help me was getting frustrated with the individual. So I'm now waiting my turn at the next window when the lady tells me that insurance has to approve the Rx. I said why wasn't I notified yesterday of this. I asked what the cost was without the insurance and asked her to go ahead and fill my Rx with out the insurance. Then she tells me it will be another 30 minutes, ridiculous. What does someone do if they have a need for medication on a Friday afternoon and sits and has to wait til Monday because the insurance people don't work after hours or on weekends to approve the Rx? Tell the customer what's going on, instead, no communication.
I wait for at least 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru every time I go there. This is ridiculous, how could it possibly take 30 minutes to help 1 car, it blows my mind. This is the Worst service I've ever experienced. I'd give a big fat zero if I could......
This pharmacy is horribly managed. The broken sign on the building is a reflection of the brokenness inside this store. There is no cohesion between techs, pharmacists and anyone answering phone or helping customers. It’s always chaos, long lines, unanswered questions, unanswered phones. CVS should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs!
Your business model is a pharmacy first. It should NEVER take 30 minutes to help one person. May God help you if you go through the drive-through
Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere! Deserves 0 stars, but that isn't an option. Had been waiting in line for 20 min to pick up medication. When it was my turn, they pulled the screen down without ever speaking and closed for lunch. I was there in plenty of time, but the most angering thing was just ignoring a customer as if they aren't even there. Refusing to make eye contact, no apology, nothing....just act like you aren't there and haven't been for 20 min! Absolutely infuriating!!
Terrible pharmacy service, ALWAYS!! Only reason I use them is because of my insurance, and I complain to them and am trying to get them to change. In there today to pick up a prescription that was called in several days ago, it was ready and no one ahead of me, but still had to wait 6 minutes while being told they would be with me shortly. When finally waited on I asked about a covid test. They asked if I had insurance and I said yes. They said the insurance would pay for it, but I would have to wait for them to process it. I asked how long and was told 15-20 minutes. Told them I had somewhere to be, could they not process it now, was told no with no explanation. NOT THE FIRST TIME HAVING PROBLEMS. If you go to the hospital or Dr's office because you're sick or have an injury and have a prescription called in.......you will still wait forever. It doesn't matter if they know you are there waiting, they will continue filling prescriptions for people that are not even there.
Waited in line for over an hour, and when I got to the Drive Thru Window, I handed them my ID and a card my doctor informed me to give the pharmacy once I got here. They told me the doctor never called in, then repeatedly said "Wait the pharmacy JUST got something" about twice. Then came back to the window and informed me they got nothing, once again, then asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get a refill since I gave them my card. I said yes that'd be great, then they left again for five minutes. Returned to the window, asked if they gave me back my ID, in which I said no. They then gave me my ID and told me to have a "nice day"... They also tried to tell me they never fill medication from psychiatrists although I've been getting my medication filled at THIS CVS SPECIFICALLY for half a year.
I have never had such horrible experience with a pharmacy. It use to be good but not anymore. This last incident happened today. The doctor called in our antibiotic for our 1yo at 10:30am. My wife got off work at 7pm to go pick it up and they had forgot to fill it. Then told her she would have come back tomorrow because they didn't wanna fill it so late. We asked to send it to Walgreens and they never did. Walgreens tried calling them for 30min with no answer. Now our baby will be sick and in pain for another day. Shame on your pharmacy CVS.
I hope anyone dealing with chronic pain reads this before going to this CVS. My doctor called my meds in on Thursday for Sunday pickup. Because of past issues with this CVS, I called them Friday to make sure they had the order and it was in stock. THEY SAID YES. Sunday I called AM and the person said it would be ready in 1 hour. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was out of stock. They didnt fill it Monday either. Remember I called THEM Friday to check supply. This has happen multiple times. Stay away. Bad CVS
