I switched pharmacy’s recently. I won’t go back to CVS, Told her I had good RX for my prescription. She said I already had that on my prescription I said no I don’t I’m paying full price. As to where the good Rx price was 10.99, in stead cvs charged me $27.99. They are rude and don’t want to try and help you with coupons. I switched to Walgreens and now I save money when I get my prescriptions filled!
Tried to call to check on a prescription got hung up so I drive down to the pharmacy to check only to be told it’ll be another twenty minutes 3 separate times by very rude staff that could seemingly not be bothered more to help a customer. I’ll be changing where I fill my prescriptions
Staff is always rude and annoyed. There always seems to be an issue with filling any prescription. Highly recommend another place.
They are always rude and if you try to call they hang up on you. The staff are always busy worried about their selves the one was sitting on her phone as she had a line of customers. Worst place in Sidney.
Very rude pharmacy personel. My drug coverage switched to them via employer benefits. Wal-greens, no matter how busy they were never rude or act annoyed to have my business. This location is a joke, and the employees need to be retrained with basic customer service skills.
If I could give NO STARS I would!!! The pharmacy help is EXTREMELY RUDE & they messed up my prescription & then they were rude to me when I was told it would be 20 minutes waiting in the store!! It ended up being an hour & then I told them I wouldn’t be back there again & JANICE mumbled under her breath WHERE I COULD HEAR HER PLAIN AS DAY—“Good.” So I gave her some choice words BACK!! Then the Pharmacist says, “your prescription has been ready I thought you were talking to yourself.” I said, “No absolutely not! Why would I talk to myself?! I was asking over & over again if it was ready then got skipped in line by 5 people!!! They were RUDE & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! To the point I’m going to make a complaint to corporate so this doesn’t happen to another INNOCENT CUSTOMER!! I am a CVS shopper & I use CVS for my pharmacy as well but I will NEVER GO BACK TO SIDNEY OHIO CVS!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!
After using this pharmacy for 11yrs. we will be finding another provider. We've been cutting this store slack for along time for their terrible service. No more. The web app. confirms prescriptions when that haven't gone through. This has caused two day delays because new refills weren't requested. They've sent text messages that prescriptions are ready when they're not. Then they ask you to come back later in the day to pick them up. When you remind them that some medicine is critical and must be taken the same time everyday, staff Traci becomes rude and then retaliate by making you wait in line for an HOUR! Dont waist time with these hacks. Theses reviews are negative for a reason.
Apparently dont know what they are doing!!!A medication my granddaughter has taken for some time now. Took them some time to fill with a few problems to begin with
Found what I was looking for. Only had 1 person in front of me so no wait in a line. The store was clean and stocked.
No longer going there after 05/01/21. I applied a 40% off coupon online, it said sent, I even got an email reminder to use it. I had NO problems the first year or so with doing it this way. CVS will put your phone # in and the % off should be taken off. Well, the cashier said it didn't take it off, nothing she could do, she didn't really even care. To top it off, manager was standing right there offered zero, zip, not a word! Cashier ask if I "sent it" to my card, I said yes, it showed sent, should've had until Wed. of next week to use, that is how it works. I told her to forget it, the item was jacked way up compared to Walmart Walmart was out of it, I was only buying with the 40% to bring the price to a "normal" price range. This has happened several times in the past year when I send it to my card phone #...., when it specifically is for the Skintimate shave gels too! I'm done! I won't argue, I've been a cashier & rules are rules, however, NO reason it would not use the coupon, the item was a regular price it won't work on sale prices. Walmart here I come......
