Thrifty White Pharmacy

Do not recommend. The last 10 times I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I hung up and called back, someone would answer immediately, leading me to believe that I was put on hold and forgotten about. Was told my doctor didn’t send a prescription more than once, which I confirmed was not true in all instances. The text message notifications for a prescription ready to be picked up only come in days after the fact. Only Hoang and Sierra have ever been helpful, and even then it was after multiple attempts to get more information regarding a number of issues with filling prescriptions. Though no one has ever been outright rude to me here, I am continually frustrated with how difficult it is, on a monthly basis, to get clear information.

Never have prescription done on time and when they actually get them done they never send out the text to let you know.

Always very friendly and the pharmacists are so helpful!

I would not recommend this pharmacy unless you enjoy trips to the ER. The staff interprets your prescription and when you should receive that prescription. Make sure your Dr is on speed dial if you chose this pharmacy. They offer a mail service but if your medication gets lost in mail I do wish you the best of luck. The staff with very few exceptions are un friendly and as I was told we are very busy here and dismissed. The wait time in phenomenal so if you are disabled in any way and can't sit or stand for over An hour and half would advise seeking different pharmacy. I wouldn't not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I would like to Thank all the White Drug Pharmacy staff for their excellent service. I have been using Sidney White Drug Pharmacy for many years. They know me by name and have consistently delivered helpful and courteous service. It is a very busy pharmacy but they have always made me feel that they had time for me and my questions. They are to be commended. Thank you for all you do for me.

Great pharmacy! The people are so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to help with filling prescriptions and answering questions. I love this pharmacy! I have had some hold ups but only on my doctors office end.

I would like to retract the post I posted earlier and I deleted it simply because I was wrong ! We are all human and make mistakes and I’m not afraid to admit when I’m wrong. I was TOTALLY WRONG for taking out my anger that I have building up inside me out on all the staff working in the pharmacy! I was rude and y’all always still were nice to me when I was being very ungrateful and ugly! I handled it wrong and I sincerely apologize to each and everyone that works back there and to the manager that tried to talk to me and at that time I didn’t care to hear what he had to say. When I had these problem I should have talked directly to the pharmacy instead of just walking off, being rude and putting that anger with all the other that kept building! Thank so much for taking the time to talk with me in person and taking care of the problem right on the spot! I can only hope that y’all can forgive my uglyness and foul words! There aren’t any excuses for how I reacted! I just wanted to get things all in order to go home for Christmas! And y’all are trying your best to make that happen! Thank you so very much.

Poor communication and customer service. Had me come back twice, after I called two days prior, and then told me they were out of my common daily medication. Told me they would have to order it and that it would be 5 days until they could fill it. Trying to stay local. Called again today to refill, was left on hold and forgotten. Called back to be told they were again out of this medication and it would have to be ordered. Understand that problems arise but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a pharmacy. There’s other options and I will be using them.

Pharmacy is polite and highly efficient. Due to the population explosion of recent years, expect 24 hrs after ordering Rx by phone. Huge variety of fun shopping.

Rude woman at the pharmacy wouldn't look at my prescription papers, and insisted I "grab the stuff from the shelf down the aisle.". When i politely insisted she look at the paperwork given to me by my doctor, she pointedly ignored, calling out "next in line please".
