CVS Pharmacy

I love CVS, the store is clean, nice staff, the pharmacy techs are friendly and informative and will help you find what you need. I love the cash rewards you get from spending money there.

Bought a prepaid vanilla gift card from here and there was only 12/16 digits on the card. There was also no security numbers on the back. I went back to the store half an hour later and all they could give me was "call the number on the back." I asked if I could use the card to buy another card with it and they said yes. After waiting in line they informed me that I cannot buy another gift card with a gift card. ??? I even tried to buy something physically at another store with the card and of course I get a "card error." This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I've gave this store multiple chances and they always screw me over. I had to call to file a claim and now have to wait who knows how long to get an email back. Won't be giving this store anymore chances.

One staff member has ruined this store for me. If I had not been in a hurry I would have gotten her name. I will not be back.

Pharmacist Serena Kim and her pharmacy staff our the best, most friendly, and fast service around! Even when they are very busy with a long line like they were today; they still manage with great teamwork, to get each customer in and out. At the same time, give each individual a caring helpful smile and time to make sure their Pharmacy needs are fulfilled and they leave with a grateful joyful heart. Pharmacist Serena really makes you feel that she cares about your health needs, and goes above and beyond during every visit to CVS. I noticed her helping others and giving them the same treatment.

I went in and there was this customer who was being really rude, I feel like he should really see a doctor for his anger issues.

Good pharmacy a little slow in the wait lines. Only wish their were a 24hour pharmacy located here in Bakersfield, been two times in need of medications and none to be found open, CVS or any others it’s hard to move from one city to another and not have all the services needed. CVS please open one here.

One of the cashiers was very rude. I messed up on self checkout and was a little confused, and was trying to figure out how to cancel the transaction, because I picked up the wrong item.. instead of walking out from around the counter to help me, she instead coped an attitude and talked to me like I was a less then, basically seemed annoyed by me. Doesn't sound like quality customer service to me. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything.

Lately I haven't been real happy shopping at cvs on Niles. Baskets are very few,which makes it uncomfortable to shop. Alot of items on sale are limited with leftovers whatever is available? Also, I've been overcharged twice for items this last month, in which I've called in to let them know, Answer: Just bring in the receipt and we'll go from there. Its only a couple bucks but still, its late and I don't want.to go all the way back for a couple bucks. But I should have! 2 or 3 times adds up. This was my favorite store..Anyways, well see what happens the next time.

The manager is very rude. I went in today as per usual because it’s the closet location to me. The lady in the front does not know how to scan coupons correctly. She advice there is nothing she can do. The manager ignores the situation. I went to the self checkout and fixed the issue myself. What a MIRACLE on the self checkout there was not an issue taking the coupons. This people need to get a new job and make the whole store self checkout because they are worthless!!!!
