This is a Great Target in Niles Illinois. It seems renovated. It was very easy to find everything that I needed, and the parking lot was very easy to navigate. I appreciate that they have a huge grocery store offering and the produce that I purchased was absolutely fresh and ready to eat. He was very easy to find items in the women's section as well as in the Home Goods. I also appreciate that they have a few register is ready for self-checkout. The store was very clean and organized and I give the Niles Target on Touhy Avenue five stars.
Target is super fun and inviting! It’s a hangout spot for me and my friends. We love to roam and buy essentials as well as new finds that we love. We always leave Target with more than we intended, in the best way!!
Target at Touhy in Nilea, IL is fabulous. Meticulously organized and spacious, clean fitting rooms amplify an elevated experience. The store consistently maintains high standards resulting in a pleasing and delightful ambiance
Usually I like every target stores. This store was good too. Every thing as good and neat and also they were filling up some shelves. They put sign that says we are filling those shelves I like the idea parking easy and free restrooms are clean the staff is helpful they have Starbucks and pizza hut. Just in case if you need
The high traffic areas are so cluttered and messy. The fitting rooms were closed and full of merchandise. What’s the point of having them if no one can use them?
Shopping this location since 2012. Much bigger and more modern since they expanded with the larger alcohol and frozen section. Be prepared to use the washroom as soon as you walk in on the Touhy side. There is no other restroom on the other side and it's a looooong walk back. Good store to get your steps in! Always well stocked and clean. Lines usually move fast, even on the weekends. Don't forget to walk along the back of the aisles, that's where they usually put the clearance items.
Place used to be stocked to the brim. Once they renovated most of the shelves are empty. You can never find anything useful you need. The newer side that is now more busier has no real Cashiers so the lines are longer and slower
I stopped by to get some ice cream this time. I did find the ice cream I was looking Häagen-Dazs Dazs, and that was a plus. I did not require any assistance, and I was not offered one either. Overall, I had an OK experience. At the register, the lady checked out fast, and I was out. There is plenty of parking and a clean store. I found other items I liked, so I bought more than I came in for. They also have self checkout as well as registers. I like that they do have organic products.
Stopped at target to pick up a few things Sunday, May 7th in the evening. We checked out using the self checkout. We noticed as soon as we came through that the elderly woman-attendant had her eyes glued on two African American teens. She never acknowledged us or even bothered to look our way or the man checking out in front of us. My daughter heard one of the boys say he was going to grab a drink while they were scanning their items. Immediately the woman yells out as the one boy walked away. Insinuating that he was stealing. The teen that stayed behind said his friend was just grabbing a drink. She said they owed money but they never left the scanner completely. She later apologized. After they left I could hear her justify her actions to the cashier next to her. You guys need to work on your biases. As a mom, my kids have left the line for snacks and we have never been treated like that. Even my daughter knew that her behavior was odd.
Extremely bad experience at the Niles Target on Touhy. Cashier Felecia extremely rude and intentionally tried to conclude transaction without applying the sale price, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I insisted. Had to bag my own order. Slow service. Will avoid in the future even though the location is convenient for me. May mean little to no Target shopping.
