Told people could have walk in for vaccines anytime but, the lady rudely said she didn't want to do vaccines. They shouldn't be wasting peoples time and gas lying. So much for the texts how important it was to get them b4 the holiday. Amazing they text a lot reminding you each day at all times but, don't want to when you come. Had to drive 5 miles out of my way to have the vaccines done. That store did them but, didn't have the prescreen paperwork. Weird
This place is fast … employees are nice all the way to the minute clinic. Very helpful.
The pharmacy does not notify you when your prescriptions are ready once in a blue moon and will not notify you when they are not in stock to tell you after you get there that it will be 2 days later and then you can pick up your prescription they are not friendly they laugh and make fun of you when they think the speaker is off and drive through
Went there Saturdayhave been going here for 7 years,same insuranceand the lines were super long in drive thru.The associate didnt even greet us just went on to say what’s ur name ok whatever.Then,told me the eyedrops would be $44 so when asked with insurance she said none of my insurance was on file.Had to give card which took another 10 minutes while she proceeded to skip us and attend to other people in the other lanes.Will change to another CVS now.If the badge was more visible I could provide a name.
I tried to fill a prescription here weeks ago for diabetic supplies first time, recently prescribed because of a pregnancy and when I brought the prescriptions there they told me that they could not fill paper prescriptions unless it was 'Wet Ink on Paper'- meaning no electronic doctor signature. I ended up going to a walgreens to have it filled. Yesterday I went to have an insulin prescription filled, this time I had both the prescription sent in directly from the doctor thru the computer AS WELL AS a 'went ink on paper' prescription. This time, they said they could not fill because the last time they put in scripts for me, insurance bounced it back because it HAS to be filled at a walgreens because of my insurance- that is fine I only wish they had told me that last time I was trying to fill there so I could just have it send to walgreens from the start. They told me I needed to have Walgreens call them to get the script. Today I called Walgreens, who said they made multiple attempts to reach the pharmacy yesterday to get the script transferred but could not get CVS pharmacist on the phone and were hung up on after waiting on hold. I call CVS. I tell them, they say- well we are free now have them call us. Walgreens still has not recieved the script. CVS still telling me they can't just call walgreens to give it to them. I am SO disappointed with the service. While waiting in line trying to fill yesterday there was a woman who was insisting to the staff that she had just picked up her scripts but one of them was not in the bag. The Woman was upset, because it was a percocet script she was picking up for her husband who just had surgery. They insisted they couldn't do anything, she insisted that she did not recieve the medication. After 15 minutes of back and forth just me overhearing it all....one of the workers spots a bag that fell behind something and says 'Oh, wait, is it for *this person*' and they realize the womN was correct the entire time, they did not give her the medication despite insisting it had been in her bag. I typically do not care enough to leave a negative review. But I cannot express how frustrating and disappointing it is to recieve such poor care and communication when starting a new medication regimen is already stressful on its own. Will never use this location again. Do better.
I no longer use CVS for prescriptions due to their terrible policies and business practices, but the retail side at this location has been really great for some time. I recently had a complicated transaction that involved a return, coupons, and Extra Bucks, and Ladacia went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. Even the manager, Jasmin, helped as well. They were both extremely patient and courteous, and that is so refreshing to experience nowadays. I will go out of my way to try and use this particular location when I can.
Awful customer service. Prescriptions are NEVER ready no matter how long ago the dr sent it. They will not prep the prescription unless you're already there. Then they'll tell you to wait 20-30 min for it.
I called to get the status on my prescription. I was driving past so I decided to go through the drive through just in case the phone wait was long. I waited on the phone 15 minutes and by the time I pulled up to the window, I told them about it. The woman said “well there’s only 4 of us and 11 lines so you do the math.” I understand being understaffed but there’s no reason to be rude. They always treat me this was so I will not be back.
This is the best CVS on the nation. They are very busy and I understand. I work with them, but the pharmacist and techs are great and go over and beyond. They are also really good at giving shots. God bless this pharmacy
Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Very rude and they dont care that you know it. Was told prescription would be ready at 10, get here at 10 was told 15 more minutes. It has been 35 mins and im still here waiting. I left work for this so the longer i wait the more money i loose. Will never return here and will do my best to let people know how bad this store is
