So I've had multiple negative experiences with this CVS location, since moving here. The 1st time I came here, there was literally no one in the store. I came for some energy drinks and a couple of snacks. Luckily, I'm not a POS and still paid in the self check out. But the entire 8 minutes I was there, no one person came in the store, out from the back or was even wandering the isles.. Next, I was receiving prescriptions for the 1st time in a decade and I had my doctor send everything over. I show up to pick up my prescriptions, and apparently they couldn't find anything. I stood there waiting for the lady to find my info, only for her to sit down and start eating.. I reached out to my doctors office and the 1st thing she says is, "Oh, you had CVS on your profile. Are you ok with switching to Alt Scripts? Most CVS pharmacies are an absolute mess." And right she was, I switched and won't be looking back..
The older lady cashier wasn't very kind at all. Actually she was rude for no reason and wanted to accuse me of stealing while checking out at her register how does that make sense?. She consistently raised her voice at me...I live 3 blocks away from here I am tempted to just go in there to cause a scene and get her fired. It was 10am. Is your life that miserable?
Terrible Pharmacy. I have only provided maybe 1-2 other reviews in my life, but I feel people must be warned about this pharmacy. I recently transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy and it has been nothing but a disaster. Prescriptions are never ready on time, which is problematic because I go into withdrawal if I do not have one particular prescription. Also, I never receive the correct supply amount. I never had this problem with my previous CVS. You would think a CVS to CVS transfer would be seamless, apparently not. Finally, I have had a prescription pending for months, which my medical provider has filled, but it still has not been filled. I wish they would simply fill my prescriptions on time and in the correct amount, but apparently that is too much to ask. Hopefully my new pharmacy will do better. If you can avoid this CVS, I would recommend doing so. Judging by my comment and others, that might be a good idea.
Exceptional Customer Service from the Pharmacist Pat. He went above and beyond for a elderly customer with questions and even came out from behind the counter to help her understand how to dispose of her old medications. Being someone with a Mother that sometimes needs that extra help it was refreshing to see him be so kind even though he was busy.
Had a drive up covid test done here. The store definitely looks a little run down but the service was good. The pharmacy was polite and got everything ready for me in less than 5 minutes. So good overall.
This is the worst pharmacy. Every other month they don't have my prescriptions and that's if I've even been able to get ahold of them to be refilled. Spent over an over an hour today waiting for someone to answer the phone, they never did.
It hurts my brain how slow and incapable they are. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my prescription and they are difficult in every way imaginable. I’ve never had an issue like this with a pharmacy but I genuinely hate this place
The people who work here are so rude. I continually received phone calls that my prescription was ready but when I went to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have one. I went three times because these calls continued for over a week. They had no explanation as to why they had no prescription ready for me. They questioned me if it was the correct pharmacy but it was. All the phone calls were coming from their automated system and I had proof that the script was sent to this particular pharmacy as well but they told me no. They were very unhelpful had no explanation. It’s infuriating when you need medication but can’t seem to get it. Dave yourself the trip and disappointment. Go somewhere else.
I just moved to Tosa from Franklin. Tried to order refills on line, but the app said I was not due for refills I only have of few days of meds left. I tried calling CVS Pharmacy twice - holding a very long time. So I grabbed my meds and drove to the store. I stood there… ignored for quite some time.. there was a pharmacist and 2 other workers in pharmacy and no other customers. When one of them finally decided to help me, I explained about the website and how no one picked up the phone when I called twice. I was told they do not answer the phones because they are too busy! They told me I would need to come back in the afternoon to pick up the meds. Since I had already spent way too much time trying to get the refills, I asked them to mail them to me. The lady helping me gave me a dirty look and then went to whisper to the pharmacist. I told them to cancel the RX and I would go to CVS in Target where I was sure where d get better service! On my way out, I grabbed some paper towels that were on sale as I had a 40% off coupon. As I was walking up to the register, the lady behind the register looked right at me and walked away from the counter. I waited quite some time until she finally came back to the register. Obviously no one values their job and want customers to go elsewhere. I wonder if they even understand the store could close because they don’t want to do their jobs? Also, the store is in major need of updating!
Every time I need to pickup my prescription I have to call and confirm with the pharmacy. No one ever answers the phone and I'm on hold for 20 minutes at a time before I get hung up on and need to call back. On average it takes me an hour to finally get someone on the phone regardless of the time of day.
