I have been using CVS as my primary pharmacy for a few years since my insurance company asked me to use them instead of Walgreens because of the Rx pricing. Since I deal mainly with the pharmacy this is my review of the interactions with those in that department. I have never had a problem dealing with them whether in person or over the phone. But I do have a slight annoyance that bothers me. I have a prescription that costs $183, with insurance, per month at CVS and I have checked online and noticed other pharmacies offering a considerable discount on it compared to CVS. I obviously switched to the other pharmacy to get a better deal but just wish they would lower their price so I would not have to go elsewhere. Also, not a big deal to me but I mention it to let others know, there is no drive-thru at this location.
I Love this Pharmacy. I've always used a CVS Pharmacy. Everywhere I have lived I've used a CVS Pharmacy. This one is Great. Just lately they have had some problems. With stock and long long lines. But that just means that a lot of people like this CVS. The Pharmacist Caitlin is the BEST. And Taylor has always been nice to me. I do spend a lot of money there though. I always get great service there. And Laura at the front register is so nice and knows what I need. Sometimes she has shopped for me and had everything ready for me to pick up. I'm very disabled and they know that and treat me so nicely.
Super slow service, if you have a question good luck finding someone to help you. Pharmacy is alright still pretty slow. Come here only if you know what you want, if you know exactly where it is and if you plan on using self checkout
Went into the store on Saturday May 28th. First time I've been in that store and quite a few years. I cannot believe how ran down and dirty it looked inside The floors were filthy. It literally looked like it was on the verge of closing down. I haven't been in a lot of CVS pharmacies in recent years but wow this one seemed very mismanaged. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
Waited almost 24 hours for my granddaughters prescription tamiflu only to have to go to walgreens to get it filled. Then found out cvs had already billed medi-cal for it! The service at cvs is horrible! The girls that answer the phones are very rude, they even hung up on the pharmacist from walgreens trying to correct their mistake and fill our prescription. We will not be using cvs anymore because this isn't the first time we were treated like this
Not good they give me the wrong dosage. 1st time and Friday 2nd and last one. They give me the wrong medication, i fill weird today n told my husband about it, he ask me why? I said no idea my meds are the same, so i got the bottle, surprise my new med he had pick up on Friday is not the same name, so i call the pharmacy the girl answer ask me are you sure? because i don’t know about that name then she got the other person pharmacist, he start told me that a was same as before, that he have, the print out there on n on …. when i have all bottles from before. And none of them have the name on it. so i call my neurology and ask about the medication he told me, i was right and that he will send it to a different pharmacy. Soo be careful
Called CVS to see if my prescription was ready. No body picked up. I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. They said it wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be ready. So I went home. Received a message on voicemail which was cut off, but did state to call if I had any questions. I called and was told my prescription would be ready about 7:30 pm. I called again around 6:45 pm to see if it was ready and automated service stated Rx was ready. I arrived at the store and they said pharmacy closed at 6 pm. They need to fix their automated phone service and let customers know when prescriptions are really going to be ready and when they can pick it up.
How did this happen! CVS at Feather Down used to be the best pharmacy! Now it doesn't matter when your Rx is called in, when you go to pick it up it won't be ready. Please hire more staff so there is less waiting in line and then sitting 20min to 1hr until they can fill the rx!
Billed our insurance for a prescription that was never filled because it was out of stock at their store, then took hours to reverse it so I could get my prescription from another pharmacy.
Just stopped in this store to pick up a new supply of my favorite moisturizer and serum. CVS is the only store I can find this brand. Looked thoroughly, then asked the lady working that department. Of course, she had never heard of it. Went to the appropriate section and also could not find it. She suggested I look online to see where to buy it. Guess which store was #1 on the list! Yes, that exact store on Stabler in Yuba City. Also called the Marysville store before going out there and was abruptly put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. So tired of poor customer service. I'll be destroying my CVS rewards card, as there's no reason to go there ever.
