Sutter Pharmacy

Sutter Pharmacy are true heros!! My mom is extremely high risk for Covid complications. She needed her covid meds ASAP. Live Oak Pharmacy received the initial Rx. They did not inform us that they do not dispense the medication until I called to check on it zero stars for LO pharmacy!. I had to jump through hoop after hoop getting in touch with my mom's doctor to resend the prescription to Sutter Pharmacy. After a series of long unfortunate events dealing with the doctor not sending in the prescription in a timely manner, it was finally sent over...... after hours of back and forth with the doctor. I went into Sutter to finally pick up the Rx and was informed that their system was down and they would not be able to fill it. They would not be able to transfer it because this particular medication Rx has to be directly from a doctor. I went back to the doctor who was gone for the day at that point. I was desperate as my mom was going on 48 hours with worsening covid symptoms. So, I returned to Sutter Pharmacy and explained the situation and the day-long ordeal in trying to fill this Rx. Everyone from the cashiers to the techs and especially the two pharmacists were incredible. They figured out a way to dispense the medication for us despite their technical issues!! They were incredibly understanding and were the only ones the entire day who understood our urgency and were willing to do everything they could to get the medication to us. Everyone else just brushed us off with a simple "sorry" or worse, nothing. I will be taking all future prescriptions to Sutter Pharmacy! Wonderful staff!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Been using this pharm going on 5 yrs and they've been Great, until recently. I was laid out w/ COVID, my Dr had faxed a few Rx to the pharmacy. 3 days later I received a text letting me know that my Rx were ready. I'm a delivery customer, they know that. So, I called the pharmacy and asked for the items to be delivered, no problem. That was 7 days ago. Still no Rx. So, I'm not sure if they have new people or What, but the DROPPED THE BALL when I needed their services the most. PLEASE keep in mind, they're a people in this community, myself included, that don't have anybody to run an errand for them.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Its always busy but they are very quick. It gives me the feeling of an "old mom and pop" kind of establishment. And their delivery drivers are very polite and efficient.

I have been let down by several pharmacies that promised to deliver. But Sutter Pharmacy has been consistent all the time I've dealt with them and are nothing but polite and caring, and they chase the Dr up for the prescription you're waiting for. I will not be going anywhere else in a hurry. Thank you for your consideration and service Sutter Pharmacy .

Getting a medication transfer here was very hard to do. Had to call twice and the first call they called back saying they had received my medication transfer, the next day I called them and they notified me that they never received my transfer. It was a very confusing process.

The staff are great this is a great place to get your prescription and in a timely fashion
