Frustrated. I like CVS. I use to receive a coupon for 40% off one regular priced item. I used them all the time. Once a week. Sometimes twice if they sent them. Now I get a coupon 20%. CVS has high prices. 40 off is worth me shopping there 20 is not.  Sorry I won’t be back. Unless you go back to 40 % coupons

Great store with friendly staff and an only somewhat un-naturally tall manager. Store smells of old milk sometimes.

Seriously the worst. Even left a cooperate complaint. You call the pharmacy to be on hold for 10 min to an hour.  10 mins is minimum if you’re lucky. The staff straight lies to you. They don’t contact you when your script is ready when they said they would. The employees don’t know how to read the system and tell me that my meds are at a different location when they really are not. This location is horrendous.

I 100% agree with the other reviewer. DO NOT use this facility for a COVID test. I waited 4 days before I started making phone calls. When I finally did get to talk to a live person it was not someone from the pharmacy. On day five I was told that I should have my result in 24 hours and if not I was supposed to call back.  I got my result but it was not texted to me as the appointment text said it would. It was when I followed up later in the day and then logged onto my health. I then tried to call back for follow up because the test came back as cancelled. 20 minutes on the phone and I still am not talking to anyone from the pharmacy. Starting to wonder if the “provider” Ben Ramirez even exists. ‍ Too bad it doesn’t allow me to post with zero stars. So the one star goes to the nice young girl working the pharmacy window when I came in for my test.

This location is not doing much to change CVS's reputation for being the Boost Mobile of pharmacies. Wellcreek is a block away and they are local.

The manager is, indeed, only somewhat unnaturally tall.

I recently found out that UPS will deliver and pick up packages for you here. A ver7 handy thing. Friendly staff with e ery visit here so far.

Great service at the pharmacy.  Received the PCR test results in less than 24 hours. Walgreens said it would be 3-5 days for results from  their tests.

I just filled a prescription at CVS in Middleton, Wisconsin. They are listed as a preferred pharmacy on my insurance plan. The cost to me for the prescription was $108. That was with my insurance. I later checked with other pharmacies in the area. Prices ranged from $52–84. That is without insurance. When I called CVS pharmacy, I was told that is just the price we charge. No apology, no offer to reduce the price. I will avoid CVS in the future. By the way, the insurer is Anthem.I would give zero stars, but it was not an option.

Way better than Walgreens pharmacy. Nicer staff. They are truly considerate, always look out for you, and really go above and beyond in every way. Best pharmacy I've ever been to, by far.
