I am so done with this Pharmacy. I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve given this pharmacy several chances. They are the absolute worst. Absolute worst they’re passive aggressively slow on purpose, and they always claim they’re short staffed. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled for 30 years at several pharmacies in this area, and I have never in my life had a single problem. I am so I am so upset that I could get this bad of service. I don’t even know where to begin so I’m just gonna call Corporate and talk to them about everything. Please people go somewhere else!!! They had a ton of one star reviews and then right after that they started getting whole bunch of better ones because they had all their friends or people they know post reviews that’s what places do when they get a ton of one stars. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone  or something because this is no way could any place be this absolutely bad!!

Update. I picked up prescriptions, and as part of the process, there is information on the credit card machine that I have to agree to. This ... employee ... reaches in my way, tap tap agree, and doesn't say a word. Um, excuse me? So I asked, and she blows me off. This has happened repeatedly with this employee. She is blonde, heavy set, and obviously needs some training. Whatever she agreed me to, I want it taken back; I do not agree.  Previous 5 star review: The male after 10 pm weeknight cashier was amazing. Joyful and helpful and saved me $$$ and fixed my issue. And I didn't even go to CVS to fix an issue! This guy is just amazing.

I had to purchase vitamins at cvs in Berea Ohio. I was having a hard time buying CVS brand that I always purchase. The sweetest employee her name was Robin helped me find them. There needs to be more people with the customer service like Robin Hamp.

I hate using the self checkout but the cashier was too busy chatting with their friend. Not some spaced out teenager either, both were full grown women.

Front check out was all self checkout but when you need help, staff was right there. Pharmacy service was quick and efficient.

This closing of the pharmacy is inconvenient between 130-2. Was in drive through in plenty of time.  Car in front took additional time pulled up to window at 128 and said they are closed.  Shut window in my face.  What if this was an urgent situation.  Same deal with my son's  CVS in his town.  Closed more than open..May have to check out Walgreens for better service.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE for a better experience. They never answer the phone - no matter what time of day or night. The good employees who used to work here seem to have been driven out. Current ones are RUDE and RELUCTANT to help you AT ALL. Avoid this CVS at all costs!!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years and they have always been kind, patient and helpful.  I recently moved and needed to switch to the CVS where my new home is, but it was far more difficult that I thought it would have been.  After calling  both CVS's a couple times things still weren't transferring and I was getting frustrated.  I finally asked Gabby at the Berea CVS if she could please call the new CVS and she said yes with no hesitation.  She fixed the problem a glitch in the system apparently and even called me back to tell me my prescription would be ready at the new CVS this afternoon.  She was so nice and helpful I just had to write a shout-out to her.  Thanks Gabby!!

Waited close to 30 minutes to pick up a prescription at 9am. I had to ring the bell 3 times in order to get a response. Everyone behind me in line left. When I finally did get the prescriptions he didn't even apologize for the wait.

The pharmacists and staff are very rude.  Poor customer service.   I used to be a loyal customer and a pharmacist chased me away a few years ago.   I recently tried again and it was the same problem.   This store should be shut down.   I will be calling their corporate office Monday.   Go to Walgreens instead.
