CVS Pharmacy

I was sad to find out that the wonderful CVS on Zelzah near Chatsworth would be closing due to a lot of burglarizing going on there by local students. I feel that more security would help these stores and I hope that will get going soon. The employees have always been so kind to me there and always helped me to find whatever it was I needed to buy. I send all my very humble blessings to everyone there at CVS and I thank you for all your terrific work through the years. I believe the store was there for 20 years.

Having the CVS staff and pharmacy specialists at this location has NEVER been short of spectacular. I am incredible disappointed that corporate is closing this location and request that they reconsider...

This CVS is truly the worst! I was waiting in line with my mom for prescriptions and my mother 75 years old, with a walker and on a portable oxygen machine had to use the restroom. The lady at the pharmacy rudely told her no....poor thing started to cry. The self check machines NEVER work and the pharmacy completely closes for an hour everyday for lunch. Even Walmart has better service

The older Latino worker was extremely racist and had us followed throughout by a security guard. She was also very rude while we were at the counter and didn’t seem like she was willing to assist.

Got a covid booster there. Quick, painless, and very helpful staff! If I had one complaint it was the side effects from the vaccine and that is certainly not CVS's fault!

Great pharmacy staff. The nurse giving my shots made the process extremely painless. She was very calming and assured me that it was going to be quick and painless.

If I can rate them 0 stars I would. The pharmacy on Chatsworth and Zelzah ALWAYS mess up my mom’s prescriptions and the pharmacists there are cranky as heck. My mom moved to Porter Ranch in February. She was used to CVS in Sacramento, so she decided to stick with them my family and I prefer Walgreens; never had an issue with them for the past 5 years. My mom has 3 medication that she needs to take 3x a week and she receives a voicemail from CVS saying her prescriptions were ready for pick up. Every time she’s gone, they only had 2 out of the 3 prescriptions. Then they make my mom come back the following week for the 3rd prescription, making her miss her dosage. So, my mom has to call to confirm they have all 3 prescriptions before she picks it up. Last month, CVS pharmacy on Chatsworth and Zelzah did the same thing—left voicemail to say her prescriptions were ready for pickup, my mom calls to confirm all three are ready for pickup only to be told 2 out of the 3 is ready, so my mom frantically calls around the other CVSs to check if anyone has the 3rd medication available and we take her to pick it up immediately at multiple stores. Without a fail the same thing happened today July 12, my mom is still on the phone frantically calling multiple CVSs this is the 4th one she’s tried asking for this medication. CVS is horrible! They don’t make sure that patients have the medication they need when they need it. Essentially, CVS ensures that their patients miss their dosages and the pharmacist don’t care about patients.

I love to shop at chatsworth store, the manager is so helpful and kind, his team are awesome they keep the store clean and organized…..

Arrived to the pharmacy 30 mins before closing on the Sunday after thanksgiving with a large order from my doctor. The pharmacy staff took care of it quickly and friendly. The pharmacy here is top notch.

I really like the options at CVS and they have prayer there razor blades and hair products they also have a good nail trimmers another clippers not just medicines
