Literally I was the only person in line and the cashier preferred to be on her cell phone talking to her boyfriend vs. Tending to me. What kind of people they got hiring in the valley??? What a joke. I finally told her are you even working here or no. The manager needs to make better choices on who they hire
The drive thru for medication takes forever. About 10 minutes a car. The line right now has 7 vehicles. I'm timing it. I kidd you not 10 minutes a car. I will be finding somewhere else to fill my prescriptions. It's not worth the wait.
Pharmacy is really good! Service 10/10 they send me text to let me know my prescription is ready never waited more than a day to get full fill. Customer service inside the store varies, guys are always pretty good, while some girls depends on what kind of mood they are sadly but true, from rolling the eyes, heavy breaths to mean faces. Except for a new girl she is always in a good mood and great customer service more of those please
Called to see if a prescription was ready. It was called in early morning. Waited until 3 to call to if it was waiting to be picked up. Was on hold for almost an hour. 3 times someone answered and asked me to wait and then wasn’t ready. Have to pick it up on Saturday. I prefer my old pharmacy they’re ready usually on 20 minutes and at a lower cost. But insurance wanted me to use CVS for this particular drug because I need a 90 day supply. Their worst than the VA
Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get a passport photo printed $16 within minutes, a COVID-19 booster shot Pfizer within the hour, and some pharmacy items I hadn't been able to find at a couple grocery stores. They're offering COVID testing through the drive thru only. There was a lot of stocking going on and a ton of deals for purchases. There was a very big crowd at the pharmacy but every staff I interacted with was courteous and in decent spirits. There is ample parking, no one was illegally parked in the accessible spots, and most isles were accessible to mobility devices. I asked an employee for the details since I was navigated to the wrong place while driving here. They were thrilled I could fix the listing because they've been trying to get the new address updated for months.
drive thru is horrible . took me 45 mins to get my meds only two cars in front of me i wonder if there were more cars probably take hours
They gave the wrong dose to my mom. Thank God I was there to check before she took it. Very rude clerk Mercy gave us a hard time when we tried returning it. The nerve
Called ahead to make sure the pharmacy gives flu shots for 3 year olds, they assured us that they do. Get there with an already scared toddler who hates wearing masks, and get told they don’t give it to kids under 7 years old. Then get attitude from the receptionist for not knowing this information even though we called ahead to confirm.
Always get my prescription wrong, they are always missing one or its out of stock. I call before I pick up my refills and they are never ready. Its alwayas they are still working on it & end up having to wait about 45more minutes. This is worst than waiting at the Drs. to be seen. You really need to plan ahead and make time just to pick up medications that should be ready!!!
"Desert Medical Pharmacy" Use To Be Much Better. Since it Has Been Taken Over By CVS With Their Corporate Policy, Their Customer Service is NOT Good At All! So That Being Said I Have No Positive Rating To Give. As Far The Employees Keep Up Your Great Work, I Know Your Doing The Best You Can! [Corporate Businesses Have Made A Mess With Customer Service, With GREED BEFORE HAPPY CUSTOMERS!]
