Customer Service Talent is affable and articulate and professional---all of what you would expect in keeping with the high standards of this corporation. The supervisor accessible and delightful. She would influence me to return to CVS as a repeat customer and I beleive was successful in retaining my preference of CVS for my health needs. I shop at the store on Mack Avenue next to the Krogers in Grosse Pointe Woods. I was pleased to see diverse talent being used to leverage D&I. As a matter of fact the supervisor who assisted me in understanding about CVS' use of self-check out for the customer's convience was an African American woman. Bravo CVS. I look forward to my next shopping day at your operation in Grosse Pointe Woods.
Management was standing around ignoring customersZ at first it appeared they were looking at item on the shelf but over heard their conversation it definitely wasn’t work related. Had to I terupt after a few minutes to get assistance. I wish I would have read the reviews first.
Good location but the pharmacy is unorganized the stuff are randomly stocked on the shelves!plus they have Ice-cream for $999.99 only!
I usually enjoy shopping at this cvs but the newest cashier has a bad attitude n not at all friendly like the others, her very long black hair wig was shedding over my items, I did not appreciate that!
There is always a long line and they make no effort to get customers in and out. They consistently lose our insurance info and have to take our cards and make us wait an even longer time for our meds.
When I registered for a Covid test 4 days in advance, I received a message that said I had a 15 minute grace period for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before, and the parking signs were very unclear. At my appointment time, I called the CVS to ensure I was parked at the correct location. I moved my car, and 8 minutes after my appointment time I called the number. The man on the phone said there was nothing they could do for me because I was late for my appointment, despite arriving at the site 5 minutes early and calling within the 15 minute period. They said they could not do my test because there were tests every 10 minutes, but after sitting there 30 minutes after my time as I searched for another location that offered rapid tests, no one else arrived. If the man on the phone was telling the truth, then CVS needs to stop lying to their customers and make their online interface more flexible. If the man was being dishonest, this location has deplorable customer service.
I recently switched over to the pharmacy at CVS from another pharmacy and am very pleased. It's so much closer than my old pharmacy and is quicker getting my prescriptions. I also really like the CVS phone app for the pharmacy. So far I haven't had much experience with purchasing other items in the store, but there's a lot to choose from.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life! While waiting to speak with a Pharmacist, a member of the Pharmacy constantly picked up the phone for 15 minutes just to place me on hold again without acknowledging me. I eventually was transferred to the "Providers Voicemail", which I'm not a Provider!!! At that point, I called the store to speak with a Pharmacy Manager just to repeat the same experience for another 15 minutes without speaking with a Pharmacy Manager! If there was a rating less than one star, this Pharmacy would definitely achieve that!!! negative five stars
Schedule a COVID test at 9am for a appointment time of 3:30. Filled out what was needed online for the appointment got there and was told I had to reschedule because the insurance wasn’t going through. Being that I schedule the appointment at 9am had I been told that there was and issue 1 I wouldn’t of drove allllllll the there 2 I might of been able to get the issue resolved with my insurance company so that I could of went to the appointment. Duhhhh
Have had no issues whatsoever with the pharmacy. The entire staff has been very professional and helpful every time I've gone in to get medication. The Pharmacist even went out of his way to help me save money by using an online coupon. The only 'negative' is its not open 24/7, but the staff is great.
