The pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a retail setting. After waiting 3 days for my items to be ordered, I called and was told they would be in around noon. I called again at noon and was told “yes it came in give a couple of hours”. I showed up 5 hours later and the prescription still wasn’t ready. My daughter has type 1 diabetes these are supplies to give her insulin which is needed to keep her alive. I was frustrated and talking to the woman at the counter which is who I spoke to on the phone when the pharmacist yelled at me from her station. I then said a curse word out of pure frustration that not a single CVS employee was taking responsibility or apologizing for the extreme wait, even after several days and phone calls. I did not call them names, or dorect the word at them. It was “I drove all the way the ___ out here and it’s still not ready” I am no longer welcome to fill prescriptions there. Thank my lucky stars, I’ll go anywhere and find better service.
The pharmacy, especially the pharmacist, has horrible customer service. She clearly doesn't like her job and has no interest in actually helping people. I was told my rx would be ready in a "couple hours" 5 hours later it was still not ready and the pharmacist found the need to yell at and blame me for not submitting it sooner. I submitted my refill a week before!
Worst customer service. Went through the drive through because I just left the hospital with my daughter. Who is one she has a fever of 104. The lady was very flustered, and rude. My daughter was in the system but was told her insurance wasn’t correct. All she needed was her insurance card. & told me I would have to wait again behind five other cars. I had already waited thirty minutes! If they have stipulations on their drive thru service then put up signs, or maybe hire employees with customer service.
Terrible customer service. My husband went through the drive through to pick up my meds for me and when he tried to give them the new insurance card was told to NOT update our health insurance because the previous insurance would give us the medication without a copay. Newsflash for that tech, the new insurance also would have given it without a copay : so thank you for billing an inactive insurance. Also when trying to call the pharmacy to update I was left on hold for 15 minutes with no answer!!!!!! What are you people doing over there?!
Always under staffed, so it's a hit or miss with service, drive up window also not always open. Don't use this pharmacy with high hopes or you're in a hurry, location is convenient for me so I do and put up with a little delay in my life.
My mother is a 71 year old stage 4 metastatic breast cancer survivor who has been quickly deteriorating as of recently. She was a bit early refilling her doctor approved and permitted pain medication. CVS pharmacy refused to fill it on principle alone without reviewing the facts. Long story short, she's hospitalized.
I came here 302 E James Lee Blvd, crestview FL why needed a Covd-19 rapid test The tester nurse was very kind to us Test results were notified to me in 3 hours
Worst pharmacy in crestview. Does the pharmacist even know how to pharmacy? She must be sorely underpaid and undereducated to put forth the effort that she does, which is zero. Also clearly reflected in the 2.7 rating. Switched to Publix pharmacy today.
On Friday, March 24, 2023, my husband was having issues redeeming his coupon sent via email for 25% off. The cashier, Sam, short for Samantha, was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We appreciate her work ethics.
Never have prescriptions ready. Act of congress to even get them to acknowledge you have a prescription to fill. The immunizations if you can finally get the site to let you make an appointment. No where does it say a 91 year old lady needs to bring her immunizations card even if such even existed. The pharmacist then wants to talk to the customer as if your crazy for not bringing an immunizations card. Already spoken to customer service and manager at this location in the past with there unprofessional behavior. All while you are trying to do business with them. Moved 6 members of my families prescriptions to another pharmacy. Learn how to treat your paying customers without us you have no job!!!
