Always have my refills done quickly, nice staff & Pharmacist asks if you have any questions about your medications when you checkout which is helpful for new medications or if You have to take many medications & have concerns about interactions. I’ve never had any issues here & they handle the lines well. Great Pharmacy, Plus you can do your Target shopping or get something at Starbucks while you wait for 20 minutes.
I came in to drop off my prescription for my inflammation of the ear. In great pain having trouble with standing. Adriana was the one that chooses take care of all the lighter skin tone customers. I asked an employee to witness the situation to see if I was out of line with my diagnosis. The employee concurred. I would like people of color to come to this pharmacy to have more facts behind this one rime occurrence. I would and am going to try to bring people from my family's church who are mostly minorities to see if they get treated the same way. Stay tuned.....

Great spot to go and feel like a criminal while having your girlfriends prescription filled. I came in around 7:20 with a written prescription from the ER down the road. I was told I needed the Doctors name and DEA# Also the DEA number was already clearly written right where it said DEA number. So I had my partner call into the ER and get the Doctors info. Which was repeated to Neil. That did not seem to be enough for Neil. So I gave him the name and direct line to the charge nurse who handed me the script. He said the number didn't go through, so I gave him the ER number and asked him to reach out to the charge nurse for verification. Neil still with the prescription in hand gave a call from the back desk and informed me they'd call back in 15 mins. I watched for the next 15 mins as they strictly worked to close down shop while holding onto my script. So instead I called the same number I gave Neil and was able to get a hold of the charge nurse immediately. Thankfully, she called back into the store and reaffirmed the prescription I handed Neil quite sometime before. They filled the prescription and got additional verification at 8:00 I was asked to step up to the counter and pay before the prescription was even finished labeling as they were much more focused on closing down for the day. I stood at the counter for a minute and just went back and sat down since I had already waited 40 mins. I have never had such a hard time getting a prescription filled out before, let alone feel like I'm being interrogated. Its discomforting knowing that I can't get a prescription filled at this location; for my partner an ICU RN, without being given the fifth degree. I understand the necessary precautions involved when dealing with Narcos, but why am I put in a position to reach out to the medical staff at the ER to have to facilitate verification while the employees close down shop.... At that point just hand back the prescription and I'll get it filled somewhere else in a timely and more pleasant manner.
Every month, for the past 6 months my prescription has not been right. Every month I'm making 2 or 3 trips before I get everything I need for one month. I will not be back! Save your time, trips, and gas!

Don't waste your time here. The pharmacist, Jennifer, is just awful and has zero business working with people. Rudely addresses concerns with zero empathy and will essentially blame you and loudly so those around can hear for issues with them not filling prescriptions or calling to tell you they don't have the prescription at all. Multiple other customers stopped me to tell me they have had the same issues with her as well after my less than pleasant interaction with her. Just don't come here, not worth it. It's a shame because the pharmacy techs were great and showed compassion.
I've tried to transfer to a different pharmacy, not a CVS and they continue to fill my medicine and even call my providers for new refills. I've had to let my providers know not to approve any medication requests from them. I even had CVS transfer my medication over to another pharmacy, yet CVS continues to fill my Rx! Due to CVS filling the Rx, the refill request sent to my new pharmacy gets cancelled. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 different occasions, each time I was told it was taken care of only to receive a text a few days later saying my Rx had been filled. Update: They are STILL trying to fill my medications. I've told them repeatedly to STOP! I keep telling them to stop filling my medication, they don't listen. I'm getting really sick of this...
This pharmacy has been great for helping me save money on medications. The new pharmacist researched a different manufacturer for me and saved me $50 a month! She really cares about helping customers get their meds because I wouldn't have been able to afford my meds otherwise.
Very fast, friendly place to get prescriptions filled. We were told 20 minutes to fill what we needed and they actually took about half that time. Outstanding service, I will definitely go back.
