CVS Pharmacy

I wish I could give negative stars! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in the US! We had a pediatric COVID vaccine appointment 3 weeks ahead and CVS sent us several emails to remind us. On the day of appointment we were there on time and there were 4-5 people before us. We waited almost 1 HOUR!! Almost like they were discovering the vaccine from scratch!! My two babies were crying and no one was kind enough to give his/her line! When it was our turn after 1 hour the pharmacist, Kaupali, came and said that they don’t have the vaccine in stock!!! She even did not apologize, she had a statute face with no mimic, just said she will give another pharmacy address to us! I don’t understand how these unprofessional people can continue working in such a big company! What a shame!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. If you call you will be waiting on the phone for a good 15 min and the drive through is even worse! Half the time when speaking to them you can not understand what they are saying due to the thick Indian accent. When A prescription is ready they will hound you and hound you starting at 9:00am in the morning....totally annoying. Prescriptions I no longer use they call about...they're like a used car salesman only with prescriptions. Stay away from this place....total disaster!

This store is completely dysfunctional. My husband misses doses of prescriptions that he shouldn't miss every single month because the pharmacy lies about filling them. I'm really fed up with seeing him get sick repeatedly because *they're* irresponsible and dishonest. The best part is that his prescription insurance is their corporate insurance, so apparently they can't even work with themselves. Less importantly, there is always a mile-long line for the cash register. God help you if you try to use the self-checkout for more than 2 items, because the weigh scale is going to malfunction and nobody is going to come to fix it until after you've left your purchases and walked out. Also, good luck buying convenience store items, because they don't bother to keep them stocked. Give these people what they really want: don't shop here, because they clearly don't want customers.

The pharmacy takes their time and don’t care about the customers. They took 6 hours to fill medication. On top of waiting for an hour at the store for them to fill it. They have no cares in the world this is a horrible pharmacy.

Worst CVS i had ever seen. Pharmacist Kaupali doesn’t have enough capacity to run that pharmacy. She is interested in only getting payment rather than doing what pharmacist should do. They are Dishonest,Lazy and Irresponsible. Piscataway deserves better pharmacy

Waiting more than 15 min for pick up. I used this time the drive thru because my girls were sick with virus and I did not want to risk anyone but took forever for helping. So disappointed

It took more than 30 mins for the pharmacy to respond at the drive thru pick up and this is not the first time it happened.

Waited more than 15 minutes in the drive through for prescription pick up. Unsatisfactory service.

The hardest-working people I've ever seen. I was losing my health insurance because I got a new job and the Pharmacist, Rafeek, went out of his way to help me get the medication I needed before my insurance expired.

You will not get your prescriptions on time, no matter what you do. If you call the pharmacy, they are liable to hang up on you, and if you try to buy something in the store, it's very likely that you won't be able to because there will be no one at the register, and the self checkout is reliably broken.
