CVS/pharmacy

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I have gone to. Dr. Mina and his team are always helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented. No matter what the reason is they are always willing to help me. Nothing makes me happier than when I walk into a store and I am greeted. The pharmacy always makes up for this. Thank you Dr. Mina for being an example of what of leadership and customer service should look like.

People are very rude here, I was there one day. the lady over drop off counter kept repeating me that I can't bring in the prescriptions at 4:45 PM when pharmacy closed at 6 pm even after I told her that I will pick it tomorrow when ever it will ready or I get a text. she kept repeating that I can't drop them at the last hour. If that's the case you guys should have notice display of not to drop anything after 4:30 PM or generate an auto text to all the customer's mobiles. So, I went in next day to pickup. I was given a bag, made the payment. I noticed the bag contains only 2 of the 3 prescriptions, I called in and was told that the prescription is not ready and I will get a text once done. This is the kind of service you should expect going there.

I’m disabled and have PTSD and she knows my Clinician and I Zola Smith! She’s always manner able and courteous even when she has a long line! God bless her always

Hours of operation at this CVS location is upto 11 pm on Friday and when I reached the store at 1056 pm they have closed and locked the main entrance door and told me that they are closed for the day register closed for the day had to run another 4-5 miles to get advil Didn’t like the attitude of guy in charge on Friday 060223

Worst experience - they "never received" the prescription from my doctor despite me showing them proof it was sent. They had me bounce back between two lines in order to receive assistance and did not work with me or my doctor to get in my refill. The one guy had an attitude and they don't seem like they want to assist people at all. Going back to my old pharmacy !

Stelton road, Piscataway NJ is my goto CVS and my favorite Customer Service Rep is Paulette. She has worked at this location for over 18yrs almost as long as I have in the area. Over the yrs she has helped me with various services from passport photos, print services and general merchandise. She is super friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. If you call you will be waiting on the phone for a good 15 min and the drive through is even worse! Half the time when speaking to them you can not understand what they are saying due to the thick Indian accent. When A prescription is ready they will hound you and hound you starting at 9:00am in the morning....totally annoying. Prescriptions I no longer use they call about...they're like a used car salesman only with prescriptions. Stay away from this place....total disaster!

I wish I could give negative stars! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in the US! We had a pediatric COVID vaccine appointment 3 weeks ahead and CVS sent us several emails to remind us. On the day of appointment we were there on time and there were 4-5 people before us. We waited almost 1 HOUR!! Almost like they were discovering the vaccine from scratch!! My two babies were crying and no one was kind enough to give his/her line! When it was our turn after 1 hour the pharmacist, Kaupali, came and said that they don’t have the vaccine in stock!!! She even did not apologize, she had a statute face with no mimic, just said she will give another pharmacy address to us! I don’t understand how these unprofessional people can continue working in such a big company! What a shame!!!

This store is completely dysfunctional. My husband misses doses of prescriptions that he shouldn't miss every single month because the pharmacy lies about filling them. I'm really fed up with seeing him get sick repeatedly because *they're* irresponsible and dishonest. The best part is that his prescription insurance is their corporate insurance, so apparently they can't even work with themselves. Less importantly, there is always a mile-long line for the cash register. God help you if you try to use the self-checkout for more than 2 items, because the weigh scale is going to malfunction and nobody is going to come to fix it until after you've left your purchases and walked out. Also, good luck buying convenience store items, because they don't bother to keep them stocked. Give these people what they really want: don't shop here, because they clearly don't want customers.

Went to take passport photo and they used old Camara and photo quality came out bad. Wont recommend here
