CVS Pharmacy

By far the best cvs pharmacy around. They’re definitely the fastest to fill your prescriptions and they always try to help you when there’s an issue with your insurance or with the prescription. Excellent customer service which is why I’ve been filling my prescriptions there for years.

The staff are so bad that I finally switched pharmacies. They have breached privacy too many times by yelling out RX and patient information. The last time I raised this the woman didn't care. She rolled her eyes and refused to look for options for my meds. The text system was usually wrong as well. I had to wait after getting pick up confirmations. I would give this place negative stars if possible.

I love CVS automatic refill pick up system. My prescription is ALWAYS ready for pick up. I receive a text message to inform me when my prescription is ready. Having a busy lifestyle has resulted in the difficulty of remembering to pick up my perscription. The friendly reminders I receive make my life that much easier. Tamara and Claire are always kind and courteous. I have had my prescription filled at this pharmacy for over 10 years, and I have always received nothing less than professional care. Thank you team!

The pharmacist was far more interested in keeping her seat over maintaining my privacy. I was forced to yell my question to her only to receive the response if it makes your stomach hurt stop taking it. I decided to go over to Osco and speak with their pharmacist for a far better response and level of professionalism. I hope you don’t visit this cvs. It’s worth the few minute drive to the cvs on Flossmoor road in Homewood. This pharmacy is extremely slow. The pharmacists often make unnecessary judgments calls on what medications your doctor prescribes. The pharmacy staff are unfriendly to say the least. I have had horrible experiences at this pharmacy to say the least. Take care and be well.

The staff are always polite and respectful, they will try to assist you to the best of their ability. They're very knowledgeable about the products that you purchase.

The pharmacy staff over the last two months has gone from great to terrible. Scripts are NEVER filled on time. They say they are under staffed but always 5 or more people working. What does it take.

It’s not even that busy during the afternoon but it’ll take a long time to get serviced. Especially the pharmacy part of the store. It literally took me 10-20 minutes to even get serviced.

The pharmacy staff attitudes need work.
