CVS Pharmacy

I like to get my prescriptions from a well-organized place like this I never have to wait really and I've also got my vaccinations there and a very friendly staff and helpful as well

I switched to CVS Pharmacy about a month ago and have visited and picked up multiple prescriptions and bought items inside the store as well. The refills are always done in a quick and efficient manner, and the pharmacy staff is also very professional and knowledgeable. Every time I have needed something outside of the pharmacy, Linda and the other floor staff are always available and kind to me, and are fun to talk to as well.

They've got some employees that will steal from your prescriptions and since obviously when you get home you have no proof they do nothing.

I was very impressed with the staff at CVS today. I normally don’t go there, but I will now. I have been suffering from a head/chest cold for about 5 days. My medicine that I have been taking was not doing the job. I had no intention of talking to a pharmacist, I just wanted cough drops. As I was deciding and associate asked how I was; given the state of my voice he could tell I was in bad shape. He escorted me to the pharmacy counter so I could get some help/guidance. I wish I could remember his name! He really listened to my complaints and recommended some Sudafed and Coricidin generic, so I didn’t break the bank. I left really feeling like they cared and even bought a couple of cute Halloween items Tayler helped me with. Thank you CVS Layton for exceeding my expectations.

I switched to this pharmacy after being dissatisfied with Smith's pharmacy in Layton about 3 years ago and I am so grateful and happy that I did! The staff at this pharmacy are beyond great, very helpful, friendly, patient and they show empathy and understanding to all their patients. The staff inside their store non pharmacy part have always been very friendly, helpful and polite.

Newer CVS so it’s really nice and clean. But I was very disappointed when I had planned to get my prescription on my way out of town and had to wait because the pharmacist was late. I ended up getting helped at 8:20am. 20 min after it should have opened. Just unprofessional for a pharmacy.

Wow. Pharmacy is taking zero accountability for wrongful filling of a prescription. They are making me use my refill and said I would need to pay for it again. Even though it was THEIR FAULT. I don't think I will be using them anymore, and don’t suggest anyone should. Not the first time they've screwed up a prescription and then we’re rude about it. Completely unprofessional.

The man that was at the counter was helpful and kind. It took over a half hour to get medication filled which had previously been placed when they said it would take ten minutes. With 5 or 6 people working back there and only two others waiting for prescriptions as well, it really shouldn't take that long.

Yesterday I was treated inappropriately at this Pharmacy! The pharmacist refused to fill the medicine from my doctor wIthout having any case history of an issue. First he refused to fill the medicine by phone. He said he would fill it if she sent it by fax. She complied and then he claimed he didn’t get the fax. Then she called him and he questioned who she was and whether we were related. Then he put on my permanent chart to not fill certain medications prescribed by her. All of this was done without provocation or reason. It’s amazing that when certain people get a little power they then exercise unrighteousness dominion over others! Stay away from this pharmacy and pharmacist before you get discriminated against for no justifiable reason. CVS, believe it or not there are people that responsibly use medication without abusing it and by you refusing to fill it you are violating the oath you took of “Do no harm”!!!

We went to get robitussin without the dm for your dog. Her vet told us to get that for her cough. We went to CVS and we looked for several minutes in the adult and child meds. We finally asked if they had what we needed and the pharmacist was very helpful and told us a couple of other options that we could use that are dm free. Very helpful.
