On time, and great service. They addressed all questions. This pharmacy maintains the level of support that all the corporate pharmacies have lost.

I usually go to big brand pharmacies, which honestly their customer service was and is next to none anymore.  My Dr. Recommended  Tippets to me. From the time I walked in, their greeting and helpfulness was superb!  I will never go anywhere else, even though it is a little out of my way.  Small pharmacies are still the best there is! We needed some prescriptions filled quickly, one of which had become hard to find a pharmacy that would fill it.  They received the scrips for me and my wife and had them filled in under a half hour. Great job and thanks!

Very polite and helpful.  Small yet clean and has most OTC essentials ..   a few snacks and drinks available for purchase.  Kids games a.c. bc small kid cave to play

I typically don’t write reviews but my first experience at Tibbetts was unheard of.  The neighborhood Walmart pharmacy on 193 referred me to them when they were out of what I needed. I walked in and met with Brett the owner and he took care of me in about five minutes. I will be moving all of my prescriptions and my kids prescriptions to this place. There’s something about the service you get from a family owned business that you’ll never get from the big guys.

I love this pharmacy!  They're friendly, personable, and super quick.  They've also helped me out more than I care to admit when I've forgotten to refill a prescription until the day I ran out.

Dr. Tibbitts pharmacist and his staff are top notch. I love supporting a family business. We always get personalized attention. One of our children had a medical condition as an infant and it was reassuring to have such an knowledgeable pharmacist as a part of her health care team!

I've been to this business numerous times since the pandemic started and not once have I seen an employee wearing a mask. You'd think a business dispensing prescriptions to ill people would care about the well-being of their customers. Not these folks! I also called to see if they had N95 masks or were getting them in and got a smug response of "nope"!  Sky View Pharmacy technicians wear masks, have COVID vaccines not tibbitts, are getting N95 masks, and actually think about other people, not just themselves.

My wife and I found tibbetts when I retired from the military and didn't want to fight the base pharmacy to get our meds.  Brett, Taylor and the rest of the staff have always been helpful and friendly.   We don't even have to tell them our names,  they recognize us when we walk in.  We're there at least once a month.   They've even gotten in touch with the doc when we forget that we don't have any refills.   I can't say enough good things about them.

The family part is key.  These great people go above and beyond. Always take care and are so friendly. I started going there because it was close. I continue to go there because of Brett's professionalism and I'll drive for it.
