Alfonso has done an excellent job of recovering my drive at a very fair price. I had the same incident ten years ago, but I went to a different company. I got twice the price with only one folder recovered. They charge by folder : Alfonso took my drive, and after a couple of hours, he told me he could retrieve the data. He is honest and will tell you the issues and the cost upfront. Other big corporates will charge you by the amount of data they can recover, and once they have your drive nothing you can do but pay their price. Bring your drive to Alfos0, and you can get an honest opinion and a fair price. He recovered all my data. ALL MY DATA... It saves me hours and hours of my work.

I had a 4TB SSD drive completely malfunction.  Reformatted itself even though thats not possible and as a technologically savvy person, i was absolutely stumped. I exceeded my knowledge in the field and after being given the runaround along with absurd prices and turnaround times....I found AL.  Not only was he fair in pricing, he was super honest and transparent.  He went above and beyond helping me recover my drive...After the first pass of recovery and only being able to recover portions of files....I was on the verge of defeat.  Al took my drive in again and im not sure what kind of hacker stuff he did, but he did...and recovered all my files...Al helped dodge a bullet as the contents of the drive were very important.....needless to say, he could have easily acted different, charged me more, etc.  He did exactly the opposite.  His main concern was that i got my files back.  Forever grateful...Thank you Al

I can't express my gratitude for Alfonso and his phenomenal work. A few weeks ago, I accidentally erased my 4TB hard drive. Trying 3rd party softwares on my own, that didn't work. So as I was getting different quotes from other businesses, the solid reviews for Alfonso and the price that he quoted me is what drew me in. So I went to Cyber Electronics, explained to him the situation and let him do his thing. He was very kind to explain to me the WHAT IFS and everything he would be doing throughout the entire process. He would update me at all times too via email on the progress. After a few days, he was lucky enough to extract all 4TB of data that was loss and put it back into my drive. Because there was more than 4TB, he put the rest on a USB drive which of course he charged me. Overall, it was a big relief to get everything back and I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Alfonso. I saved a ton of money compared to other businesses that were almost charging me double his rate.  So if you have any problems, Alfonso is the man! Thank you and I appreciate everything you do.

Alfonso is the man! My 2014 MacBook Pro SSD hard drive failed with 500GB of data on it. Al was able to recover all of it in 48hours!! I was very impressed with his knowledge and excellent customer service. He’s a good man running an honest business. I will highly recommend him to anybody looking for efficient data recovery at fair prices.

I am a consultant and movie maker and my 4TB WD external drive bit the dust all of a sudden.  I searched for data recovery services close to me and called a couple to ask some questions.  On the phone, Al Sanchez General Manager patiently explained the potential issues and said he would be happy to check the drive and then further clarify the potential issues and necessary fixes.  I drove 20 minutes from my home to Cyber Electronics.  Al checked the drive, explained the three possible issues and the fix options.  He was able to transfer all of my 3.3TB of data to a new drive I brought with me.  All done in 24 hours from my first visit.  Also, for a very reasonable price compared to the larger data recovery companies that I checked.  AWESOME and AMAZING.  I would highly recommend Cyber Electronics for any data recovery hard drive issues.

I honestly couldn't be happier about the service here. I came in with a very old Macbook Pro that had failed and an old disk drive I could no longer connect. I wasn't sure if the laptop could be retrieved. Alfonso explained what he would do and called to make sure I was ok with moving forward. Every step of the process was easy, fast and felt safe, never once felt like it might be a scam or the worst things we imagine. He gave me plenty of time to check that the files I wanted to retrieve were there and even some recommendations on how to protect and back up my files in future. I'm glad I now know I can go here if I have any problems in future. 10/10 would recommend.

Alfonso did a great job of evaluating my hard drive. While unfortunately my hard drive was too badly damaged for recovery, I appreciate all his assistance and recommendations. His number is the first I'd call or recommend calling if data recovery is needed.

I had a brick for over 10 years.  Couldn't access the data at all and was quoted over the years very high prices. Lucky to have found Alfonso. Seeing baby and wedding pics I haven't seen in over a decade. Exceptional work.
