Cycle NC Studios offers indoor cycling at three locations for riders of all abilities who want to get stronger on the bike.
With the winter months upon us, the founders of EPT Racing (Epoch Universal & Performance Therapy) in conjunction with HIT Endurance Coaching have created an environment where cyclist of all levels can participate in a coach led cycling trainer class. Performance Therapy has provided their training facilities for the morning, evening and weekend classes, while Epoch Universal has provided the audio/video components and integration of the wireless WASP technology and PerfPro software. HIT Endurance Coaching has built the progressive workouts and will provide the coaching at all of the classes. Together, Epoch Universal, Performance Therapy and HIT Endurance coaching would like to introduce you to the HIT Cycling Studio. Through the winter months HIT Endurance Coaching will lead the "Power Palooza Series" which will focus on Functional Threshold Power and Neuromuscular Power for riders of all levels and abilities.
